发帖数: 3016 | 3 发现版上有个误区：比如认为4.75是强于普通4.5 player而弱于5.0 player.
USTA对于ntrp的有明确说明。比如4.5 player's DNTRP>=4.0 but <4.5. 也就是说4.75
是指avg 5.0 player
另外这个ntrp评级和股票是一个道理。不是你说值多少就值多少的，要看市场行情也就
是大家一起说了才算。比如你觉得苹果最多值1000，可市场就认为他现在就是500.所以
，要莫去打Usta让它给你定价，要么就综合大多数人的评价。自己YY ntrp是最不靠谱
的。 |

his definition of 3.0 is actually 2.5,
his definition of 3.5 is actually 3.0
4.0 --> 3.5
4.5 --> 4.0
5.0 --> 4.5
so he is 5.0 in his definition, but a 4.5 in my definition. i think he is a
strong 4.0 to weak 4.5.
different regions NTRP is very different because of the how many players
available in this region. in wisconsin where i live, 4.0 teams are much more
competitive than 4.0 teams from rural regions.

The very first point in the 4.0 video lasted 6 strokes. And if
you bother to watch till the end, you'll find the white shirt
guy has very good consistency at any stroke and he could be an
O.K. 4.5 players. Both of the players have solid serves at 4.0
level.

怀疑是教练和学生的关系，
白的一般回球都回到红的身体近距离，主要还是正手，不管自己前后左右怎么跑，红的
就是想回哪儿会哪儿的。

Only the top 400 are 7.0.
The top 75 Div I college players are 6.0. The fact that the
NCAA champion (who lost to Federer in the USO first round)
ranks only #13xx in the world supports this observation.

Devin Britton 1:6, 3:6, 5:7 Federer, total points 68:101.
Chase Buchanan 0:6, 2:6, 1:6 Tsonga, total points 43:86, pretty
much NTRP 1.0 gap.
Ryan Sweeting 6:7, 4:6, 6:7 Cilic, total points 105:122, not bad
at all.
Jesse Levine (one of Murray's hitting partner) 7:5, 6:1, 6:2
Gabashvili, then 6:4, 6:2, 0:6, 3:6, 0:6 Cilic. Very well done.

are 7.0.
The Indian guy who won NCAA champion twice is currently ranking
100 or so. So yes, the best NCAA player can reach top 400 after
a while. But to make a living, they have to start with circuit/
challenger matches first.
The guy who lost to Djokovic this time, Jesse Witten, ranked at
#276 coming into US Open and he could barely make a living and
was considering quitting. So I guess 400 is about right for a

Many USA college players can serve 120mph, although their other skills
are craps. I've seen quite a few. I've even seen one who can serve
130+mph (enormous 挠背）but is still just about NTRP 4.0.

Playing in 3.5 league doesn't mean you can't do well in 4.0.
In fact, it actually doesn't mean you are NTRP 3.5 if you
beat most of you opponents. I thought you were playing 4.0
league at a time.
I have posted NorCal 3.5 men's league match before. It doesn't
look particularly stronger than typical 3.5 league. Maybe
there are 1-2 guys looking more like a 4.0, but the rest of
the team look normal for a 3.5 league.

later.
Biok should have some chance against her, since she is strong 3.5.
The far court should also be 4.0, because they had a tight match.
