停不下来就加速跑了，估计差不多刚过signal的时候变成了红灯，然后被警察拦下来给
了ticket...
警察叔叔说给开的不是闯红灯的code (Failure to stop for a red light), 而是
Obedience to traffic control devices，不扣分，罚了$110，但我后来查宾州这个也
是要扣两分，还没去警察局，不知道具体怎么说。然后半年前stop sign violation被
扣过3分。。。再扣就reach first limit了估计要take written exam或者suspension.
.. 所以想上法庭argue一下。。。求问应该怎么说啊。。。。谢谢。。。 |

转。可是信号灯好死不死的这时候变红了。倒车不可行，因为后面还有车。我就在四个

请问这种情况下有必要上诉吗？上诉成功的几率目测大吗？
罚单上也没有写金额，只有一个上庭时间，请问怎么才能知道罚金金额呢？问了那个警

my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why

中国青年报的报道，基本上让发酵了近一周的苏州大学学生举报指导老师剽窃其论文事
情有了个中场结论，基本调子也已经定下来了，虽然说的不那么明白，但是基本上就是
恽自求理亏了。这样的事情其实恽自求教授只是个个例了，但是却代表着中国目前一代
人（60年以前出生）的思维方式（包括一些自己学术不力靠喝学生血晋升的留美华人教
授）。他们完全忘记互联网时代给中国这个社会带来的影响。凭心而论，虽然中国社会
在不停进步，学术规范也在不停完善，但是总体来说师生的关系还多多少少保留着传统

规定所有专业相关成果归研究所的机构， 其他大学不这样。 而且你说的固定薪水制不
是这个意思，本来这就是指不用付加班费， 但不是说你就可以故意让雇员超时工作，
工作仍是按40小时算的。40小时之外的， 员工自发工作的成果怎么算，每个公司和学
校都不一样。像我原来那个研究所那么霸道的即使不是绝无仅有， 也是非常少见的。
另外博士后的问题。 NIH我原来呆过的那个所的解释是， 博士后导师应该鼓励博士后
自发和独立的研究以及与他人的合作， 甚至到其他公司做实习。 博士后的工资视为
fellowship， 原则上不认为是劳动所得。NIH的资助不代表博士后应该把所有时间用在
