同到现在还都规定仲裁地至少在香港（如果不是伦敦），因为大家相信香港是法制社会
。没有法制的国家，商业利益不能得到保证，必定是伪市场化，比如俄罗斯。

1989年6月3日4日，中共军20多万正规军在北京长安街、天安门等地，开枪屠杀手无寸
铁的市民学生，几千人被杀，上万人受伤，史称六四大屠杀。作为那场大屠杀的目睹者
，多年来我一直不能忘记那惨像，我们也一直把大屠杀的元凶准确地算在邓小平、李鹏
等极少数的人头上。到今天，死难者尚未安息，凶手尚未缉拿。
如今20年过去了，对过去那场大屠杀，出现了各种不同的说法，似乎有一种论调出现，
就是各方各人都有责任，最后这帐没法算了。譬如，邓小平是要维护四项基本原则，李
鹏、陈希同是要把总理、市长做好，至于军人嘛，更是以服从命令为天职；而且学生是
非法割据广场，戒严令也早下了，当晚广播里也告示市民群众，不要上街，祇差没说“
死了活该”一词了。这种论调是要不得的，为虎作伥，昧着良心说话，悲剧还会重演；

plane told him to climb, while the corresponding TCAS on the DHL plane told
it to descend. Pilot of Tu-154 choose to obey ATC instead of TCAS. If they
both obeyed TCAS, as required by rules related to TCAS operation, the

You still don't seem to understand what I'm saying here. After the two
aircrafts get close enough for TCAS to start issuing emergency commands, the
pilots on both aircrafts are supposed to ignore all commands from any human
until TCAS indicate collision has been avoided. Whether ATC should have
done his job to prevent this from happening in the first place is beside the
point.

1980 年代中共重新評價與檢討1958 年解放軍「反教條主義」邉拥腻e
誤，其中，鄧小平發揮決定性的作用。然而，卻無專文探討鄧小平當年在此
事中所扮演的角色和作為。本文的論點為：基於毛澤東的授意、鄧小平自身
與軍隊的淵源，以及其職位上與軍務的聯繫，鄧小平對於軍中發起的「反教
條主義」，了解知情外，其態度傾向支持，甚至頗為激進。在毛澤東的囑咐
下，鄧小平更介入1958 年中央軍委擴大會議，強勢地驅策主軍的彭德懷改

电话留言告知其中一位访问学者不能来住，第二张check已经失效，收到后不要cash
out，房东未回电话和邮件。
结果前天突然来邮件告诉我说银行取消了他存入的check，然我给他寄$10手续费 ASAP,
说一般收房客是$30. 说我单方面取消check 是crime， 让我obey the law.
说实话不在乎这十刀，但房东这么说心里很不舒服，我提前告知你了，你不回邮件和
电话，在你没收到钱之前这都不算是contract。
另外房东一直要求直接给寄check，不收银行转账，好像是税收上面的问题。我就准备
直接report 给IRS了， be honest and obey the law. |

relationship among people around him. It is not always like that you are
nice to others and then others will be nice to you. Generally speaking
people go and come with their own intention.
I am teaching my child to be nice to others and obey the rules in school. I
am just kind of sick of obeying the rule without thinking. wei守规矩er 守规
矩.
