crunch 的益处。
在一片对crunch 的喊打中,站出来告诉大家,crunch是有利的,只有你注意你的姿势
。crunch,的动作是平躺,髋部90度。抬肩,头离地,腹部收紧,胸部向上向前。同时
保持背部贴紧地面。crunch 主要是用到 rectus abodominis 和一些 obliques.
crunch 的益处在于提高了腹部肌肉的力量和耐力,有助于提高对脊柱的支撑,同时保
持了脊柱的活动范围(range of motion).
对于每天坐着工作的,问题是腹肌太弱,腰部的肌肉(erector spinae muscles)太紧
张, 引起脊柱变形,需要crunch来帮助矫正姿势。
从运动解剖和运动机能上讲,脊柱的活动范围(range of motion)主要是受到连接的
肌肉限制的。所以说crunch会压迫到脊柱根本就是无稽之谈。
腹部肌肉的耐力和力量是有限的,所以可以一次做上百的crunch的同学,你的姿势肯定
是有问题的,如果这样伤到脊柱,那是运动姿势的问题,和crunch无关。

Bench Press: 90lb (45x5, 45x5, 65x5, 90x5x5)
Barbell Row: 110lb (95x5, 110x5x5)
Dips: 3x10 (加了15磅重量)
Hanging Leg raises: 3x20
Plate raises@35lb: 3x8
Standing Oblique Crunch@35lb: 3x15 each side
Dead Hang pull-ups: 3x10
深蹲除了蹲的时候老想着这次有没有做对, 有没有用屁股, 弄得出洞的时候不够快, 没
有别的问题. 晚上把孩子们安顿睡觉后, 为了录像, 又做了几个深蹲. 看完录像觉得动
作已基本没有问题.
Barbell Row一切正常, 做完背一如既往地酸. 下次终于可以加35lb的铁块, 不用在地
上垫铁块了.
Dips加了15磅重量之后顺利完成. 最后一个set最后两次很痛苦, 不过还是做下来了.

深蹲没有问题. 把中间休息时间从1分半加长到2分半. 在上升困难时, 我发现如果用手
紧紧地把杆子往肩膀上压, 就是那种恨不得把杆子嵌到肩膀肉里去的感觉, 帮助很大.
不知道什么原理, 但是每次都很管用. 现在尽量做到起杆后每只脚只后退一步到位, 而
不用扛着铁块低头调整脚之间的宽度和角度了.
