。 在那起事件中，多位知名学者被牵涉进去，多所高校和研究机构被误导，浪费了大
量人力物力和资金去跟踪一个虚假的前沿，多个世界顶级的学术期刊真假不辨，成为造
假者的传声筒。 这件事的详情直到几个星期前才广为美国民众所知，但最终调查报告
还没有公布，有两场官司在等待法院审理。 我国的一些小网站上对这件事有零星的介
绍。 但即使包括我国知名的生物信息学家和打假专家方舟子在内的专业人士谈到这件

only a small number of positions are offered, for example in 2009:

Research experience in Radiation Oncology is very important, so the "
connection" to the people in that field. One student at my school didn't
match two years ago and he spent one year on Radiation Oncology research. He
finally got a position in the 2009 match.

她必须转program了
本来她上的是oncology的np
可是没有足够的相关经验，她在MS做，通常也有oncology的病人，但是不像专门的
oncology那样病
人多
这学期开始上clinic，做的很吃力，然后老师发现她的经验不足，要求她转program或
者换工作去
oncology的专科做一年后再回去
现在她如果坚持不换的话就必须推迟至少一年毕业
换的话，至少半年，要补修至少两门别的program要求的基础课 |

math 10%(网上有人说会占30%,可能他们错太多，所以naplex系统给他们题目直到做对

看很多人问这个考的多不多，那个多不多，每个人的考试侧重点会完全不一样，fioro&
#8232;计算和药物反应不多，不代表你不会被考到。我的计算就很多，也不代表你错的
多，如
果看bulletin,计算的比例就很高，而且好几道TPN的。主要作为一个参
考，而不是复习
的指南。我还被考到几题一样的，我确定我答的是对的，所以
也不要freak out。
我的最后也有profile的题目。
HIV也被考到了
brand 和generic，所以什么都可能考，不过NAPLEX就是一个minimum
competency的考试，大家肯定没问题的。

刚刚查了naplex分数，过了，分数居然还不错。 考完觉得要fail了。我的考题是rare
diseases，rare drug names and dosage forms 占据的了整个考试。其他的常
见的东
西也都有，但是都是蜻蜓点水的考一下，一两题的样子。计算也不多。

medical oncology. 肿瘤病人来看病一般先进这些medical oncology, 然后根据情况手
术或者化疗放疗. 化疗和其它药物治疗不需要单独的科室, 但放疗或者手术需要其它科
室完成. 通常手术和放疗的选择不是由surgery or radiation 的医生主动选择, 而是
有medical oncologist选择, 但外科和放疗科会提出他们的看法, 支持或反对. 癌的
住院病人会在thoracic center, 这个也是团队工作.
再说一次, 把medical oncology说成是化疗科是不对的. with all respect, 除非你是
MD Anderson的医生, 否则我想象不出你拿什么来反驳. |

其实要多谢楼主写了这么好的帖子，介绍了公司里面很多不同的部门，我才有机会说说
RA的情况。希望我没有客站主位，分散了大家对楼主原贴的注意力。
回答几个小问题，关于oncology和cardiology药物怎么会是一样的这个问题。在
research上面，这个两个当然不同，在development中涉及的相关细节也肯定不一样。
但是，如果从big picture上来看，任何一个药品的研发，都涉及cmc, non-clinical,
clinical 三个部分。在cmc上都要求，逐步建立well controlled manufacture
process 和robust and valid control system. 再non clinical 部门，都要做药效，
药理，药动，毒理试验。毒理试验都需要急性毒理，慢性毒理，致畸性，致基因变异性
等等的研究。再clinical方面，都要做I, II, III三期实验，I期确定药品在人身上的
安全性，II期进行适应症的探讨和摸索，III期更全面的评估产品的有效性和安全性。... 阅读全帖 |
