cell and non-small cell are treated quite differntly,
here is a very good example, about a month ago a friend of mine called me at
work as her husband was told by his Gi doc that he has colon cancer and is
already in the liver and they couldn't get to see a cancer doctor till a
couple weeks later and if there is anything i could do, so i called an
oncology friend and made the appointment the next day, we were all think |

it is estrogen receptor negative, which means that the tumor's growth is not
on estrogen, which is well established to be one of the most important
factors for development and growth of breast cancer. for er + tumor,

发帖数: 118 | 44 我觉得不像是MM，MM的话骨穿是最准了，看浆细胞是否有异常增生，另外骨头的病变为
溶骨病变，头颅平片可以看到大大小小圆形的骨缺损，尿本周氏蛋白阳性，蛋白电泳有
异常的M峰，轻链lammda或者gamma阳性。血红细胞，白细胞，血小板减少。你妈妈基本
没有符合的，但是你妈妈的骨头病变看起来确实像是恶性的病变，很像转移灶，但真的
不大像MM。如果MM的话，要化疗，用马法兰，预后很不好。

我爸爸当年得的就是骨瘤，辗转几个科，最后在外科CT检查出来的。随后在肺部也看到
2cm左右大的肿瘤（起初X光没有发现）。也不确认是骨原发灶还是肺的原发灶了，因为
他的咳嗽不是很明显。随后做了骨头上的穿刺，确认是癌。爸爸当初的症状是肩胛骨疼
痛难忍，一直当肩周炎治了半年，打封闭等都没有效果.
对了，我记得当初检验的血液的CA指标也说明了问题。你妈妈值正常应该是个好消息。
我觉得穿刺结果应该最准确吧。可惜出现了医疗事故，你妈妈白白受了一次罪，穿刺很
痛的。
祝福楼主妈妈，真的希望不要是这个病... |

the ligament in the spine involved, and TB culture ( TB PCR is more
sensitive) may help the diagnosis. If she did not have BCG immunization
before, a PPD skin test may help too. |
