1.如果lz只想当医生，我觉得这个条件完全可以试试，版上那么多成功match的经验。
2.如果只愿意match radi-oncology，我觉得可能性几乎为0.
因为我老公是AMG，各方面条件非常不错，network也很强，当时拿到了 15个radi-
oncology的面试，其中有几个还是排名前10的学校的program. 我们也rank了所有面试
的15个program,最终match去了在我们list上最后一名的program。开始很失望。但最后
看了一下别的美国同学match结果就无可抱怨了。全体毕业生只有2个人match上这个科
了。有个读医学院前在top15医学院做过AP的同学都没match上这科，他也申请了所有
program。
结论：这科真的十分难，即使是AMG，你有network，别人也有，多说一句，我们的
network还不是仅仅说得上话，有的关系还是非常strong的。但是别忘了对手太强大。
我们看到结果说实话是有点失望的，也到抽一口冷气，因为program真的不怎么样，我
们当时差点没去面试，以为肯定不至于落到此。

oncology和medical 基本是一样的,但它有更多的hospice病人和输血的病人.很多
oncology同时也收medical的病人.找工作的时候 oncology可呢会要求有chemo证
书,但不是必须的.要选的话,我选medical,chemo对身体不好,尤其是你要是还没
有孩子有可能怀孕的话.

，后又经历biotech和药厂research.2009年10月回国考试，2010年5月生老二，9月考
FPGEE,2011年年初考TOEFL,4月在家附近的1000多床位的 teaching hospital开始
intern.2012年2月NAPLEX, 3月MPJE并拿执照。4月初开始成为本医院medical oncology
的clinical pharmacist. 前后整整三年时间。来美近10年。看看本单位那些26，7岁的
小药师，感叹我为什么没早点走这条路。很幸运所有考试均一次通过，期间在本版得到
了好多热心的兄弟姐妹的建议和指点。想和大家说，只要认准了，就坚持走下去，位置
很多，只是你不在这个network里。我们医院长期short of staff.本来oncology的
pharmacist prefer resident经历，但因为我是internal,原来又有oncology research
的background，所以很幸运的得到了机会。

%.周一考试真的是hit really bad by oncology,HIV,skin care.有五个oncology case
,还是generic, brand混着来，最后发展到一个case有oncology,HIV, Hep B，当时都要
崩溃了的感觉。
考试用的RxPrep, top 300 drug card.念了差不多两周的时间。 但是走出考场觉得自
己就象crap. 个人觉得真的念和不念差别不大。 |

生，应该不会差到哪里去。我还是很相信她的。下个星期就开始化疗了，过几个星期，
头发大概就会掉光了，长这么大，第一次要看到自己的光头了，还是蛮紧张的。小时
候，我家人都没有拍到我光头的样子。希望我的头型不是那么难看。呵呵！
另外，跟了我11年的猫今年年初也得了淋巴癌（就是照片上的那只猫），也在做化
疗，听说用的药也是我将要用的。哈哈！非常有意思。

类似的情况，坚强地挺过来了。在julie mm的催促下，今天去旧金山的St luke's
hospital 看了一个急诊，遇到一位Dr Rosanne Botha大夫挺好的，她建议我去
Stanford诊所看Hematology，特别是autoimmun
有人熟悉Stanford 的Hematology医生，特别是autoimmune方面的？请求推荐一下。
今天通过julie的电话和急诊确定了几件事情。
1， 指标是53的时候就应该一周检查一次，不应该两周检查一次，以至于掉到33这么多
。以后如果有人和我类似应该警惕。
2. 33-10之间宝宝是可以保住的，但是如果血小板在10以下，那么胎盘可能自发性出血
，宝宝就保不住了，因为我现在前两周跌了30，后两周跌了20，所以跌到10仍有一定的
可能性，所以急诊医生建议我5月22日去验血，看prednisone是不是起到了延缓的效果
。如果降到10以下，我需要住院。

我上周DIY EB1A 之所有能顺利过关，我认为是精心打造了一份很strong的PL。而我之
所有能写出这份大作 （19页，自认为是本人写的最好的一篇文章），几乎所有知识来
自于本版。如果各位有时间，这里提供的信息绝对足够你申请绿卡。我一年前NIW DIY
获批，一年后EB1A 顺利获批。所以如果你想DIY, 就一定常常来这里看看，就算想请律
师，你大部分的东东也会从这里学习到。
如果光从英文文章看我的case 比较弱，三篇文章IF都没有超过3。而且都非近几年发表
。但我在present authoship 这项时却列了四项，文章（英文加中文共20篇，所以不要
小看你的中文文章，当然我都有英文摘要），书的章节（我也是中文发表的，但翻译了
三个章节的所有目录），国际会议的摘要（基本是近五年的），最后是完成并投稿尚未
发表的手稿。我的闪光点之一是挖掘了引用。你的文章再好没有引用就不太好吹，当然
这要时间。我觉得SCImago Journal Rank (SJR indicator)是非常好的工具，你可以自
