装着I-797C。
现在打算自己FILE 485。 仔细看了看I-797C的内容,中间有说这个是 “courtesy copy
, original sent to XXX (律师的名字)”。于是问律师要原件，可是律师说uscis发给
她的两封信是一样的内容，都是courtesy copy，但是都是original的。还说 1000% 地
保证用我们手中的I-797C就可以了。
好纳闷啊。 有人有类似情况，可以借鉴一下么？ |

我要批准书原件是无理要求。被严厉驳斥又说我不要扣她字眼。又说没有用。我奇怪了
，我拿回来我自己的东西，你管我怎么用啊。最后弄明白先前不愿给我的原因是想节约
寄邮寄。几千块律师费都交给她了，这律师早点坦白这点萎缩算盘，我何至于火冒三丈
。最后我自己驱车60 mile拿回来了。麻州的朋友，我强烈不建议跟这个律师打交道。
仔细看了下，我这个original copy是I-797C。不过这个original copy至少就没有
courtesy copy里面那句 "this copy is not for official demonstration of .."话

我就不参合EB3了，只是看大家的帖子后发现一个事情
就是没有Original Perm之后，好像之后relink pd不能走pp（如果不对请指正）
所以我想问问看，除了找以前雇主外，是否还有其他办法去要original perm的复印件？
我想这个应该是很多跳槽EB2都关心的问题吧，毕竟如果排期到了，有140在手就可以上
485,
如果没有就只能眼铮铮的看着倒退。
最后祝新的一年，不管是EB3，还是EB2，大家都能到自己理想到的位置。

According to my lawyer, I cannot PP a Eb3 because it requires an original
Labor Certification to PP.
Currently Eb2 PD 12/2012, the orginal LC was filed with a eb2 140, so now no
original LC to file with a eb3 140. Hope this information help for anyone
is looking to file a eb3 with a pending eb2 now. |

The version you have heard is a Xiaoyuan Minyao.
The first part of Farewell Cambridge was writien in 1993. The second part (
starts with "ah...") was written in 2005. Originally, the songwriter used "
uh...." instead of "ah..."
"Wu...." is more closer to the feelings in the original poem. However, when
the singer performed it in a concert, she chose to use "ah..." since the
audience are graduates and friends of a university.
