谢谢你花时间详细回答!
我的医生说不太原因给我做关节镜手术,就是和你说的类似,用camera进去清理。他说
只能有短期效果。
他说也不到置换关节的地步。
你知道怎么找个sports orthopedist吗?我找的这个已经是orthopedic surgeon 了。
就是觉得不太甘心。

Pat pat. 妹妹不会也是腰椎间盘突出吧? 我刚开始看的是orthopedic surgeon, 拍
MRI, 结果出来医生说, 没严重到需要动手术, 当时的治疗方案就是止疼药加理疗,
实在不行, 打针。 我试过无数physical therapy。 又看了无数chiropractor, 最终
找到了现在这位神医, 也是位chiropractor, 他对人体结构有很好的了解, 年轻时练
bodybuilding, 教会我一些很有用的锻炼腰椎的法子, 还有平时运动热身应该注意什
么。 我现在颈椎, 腰椎基本不疼了。 但隔三岔五找他做adjustment。 这是我个人的
一点经历。 妹妹还是尽快找医生检查, 先看看片子出来是什么结果。 可以google 你
本地的 spine pain doctor。blessing!

有一项体育运动是我想玩却不敢玩的,就是排球。打一场 TOURNAMENT 比赛,一周就不
能玩别的球了。看过orthopedic 医生,对右肩拍过MRI。结论是可以做手术。但韧带拉
伤很小,微创镜头不一定能找到。通过大量的自由泳,我可以右肩膀一周斗牛3次,一
次 90分钟/全场,而且没有如何疼痛。
不知道GOLF会不会是我的第2项不敢玩的。我感觉受伤是跟 SPINE及其附近的肌肉有关
。 左右手绕过肩膀摸自己后背,脊柱上有许多痛点。不知道大家有没有看过
Chiropractic 方面的医生。
我想我自己过度的训练和不正确的SWING,造成了受伤。另外自己挥杆的速度越来越快
。时间都花在golf上了,我是不是应该重新回到球场,游泳池。。。。。
其实我已经摸到golf的门道了。hip的rotate 提供主要的动能, shoulder 的rotate保
证club击中球和球飞行的轨迹。我想下一个我能摸到的,就是 arm的rotate了。

夫都打肿脸充胖子以为自己哪个关节都能修,基本上如果一个大夫过往的大部分案例都
是看hip的你就不要去看了....

不然google一下哪里可以做orthopedics的,有些可以网上订,寄给你一个箱子,你在里
面的胶泥上把脚印上,寄回去就可以了。

我知道啊。都说了要休息。但是也说这个毛病要找到病因才能治本,不然休息好了以后
还是会复发?
我不是得找个医生给找找病因吗?不然的话,去fitness问问题,都不招斑竹待见的。
。。
虽然我知道我受伤的可能原因是什么:不是鞋,不是脚,因为我是under pronation;也不
是加mileage太快,因为原来不跑步的时候,走路太多也有症状;
应该是肌肉太弱的原因.我因为肌肉太弱,之前就有椎间盘突出......肌肉太弱,又想练
肌肉啊,但是不知道是不是squats/lunges等增强臀肌的运动也会加重ITBS...我甚至不
知道游泳是帮助恢复还是恶化病情....
所以找个医生吧...但是又不知道找什么医生比较靠谱,co-pay 50刀呢,不想看多个医生

这一期的runner's world杂志正好有提到什么毛病看什么医生, ITBS好像是要看
Podiatrist。。。另外置顶也有小龙的总结。。。个人意见要多strech..

韧带不够flexible也可以被排除了,因为我受伤的腿韧带比好的腿韧带松得多。。。(
没有人比我自己更了解我的腿了。。。)
大家不觉得灵活性和肌肉力量是成反比的吗?(我受伤的腿肌肉不如好的腿)
但是肌肉不够,大家都怎么改进呢?做力量?

stretch我都有做的,而且受伤的腿韧带比好的腿灵活得多。
会不会是两条腿长度不一样造成的?我看网上有人就是这个原因导致了ITBS.
我wiki了一下Podiatrist,发现Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the
study, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower leg.
是不是膝盖疼才需要找足医?但是我是屁股疼呢。不知道有没有用。
啊,看来要去不同医生那里的可能性很大了。。。

灵活性好像和肌肉力量是成正比的。。。。
fitness前几天刚好有个人贴了篇关于肌肉和灵活性的文章,标题上有“stretch&
flexibility", 我最喜欢里面他说,没有肌肉你拉啥?
另外,我也不能想象肥肉和灵活性成正比,要这样,胖子比瘦子跑得快吧?
肌肉如果不够,正好白老大几天前贴了一个strength exercise的文章,不过那个貌似
是在说人老了,endurance也练到头了,速度提不上去了,要做strength training来加
强肌肉力量把速度上去。那个好像强度蛮大的。不知道对你有没有用。反正应该不hurt
吧。
另外,多谢保险公司的资料,至少以后我要有这个病了可以问保险能不能cover。

对,那个帖子说的是,只要拉伸,肌肉是可以很灵活的。这个我承认。
但是“没有肌肉你拉啥”并不能说明“有肌肉就有灵活性”。
网上有很多说法的:
It is not because one is very muscular that one cannot move around as freely
as a less muscled person. It is more likely due to the fact that he has

跑步姿势很重要.像小龙那样一蹦一跳的很容易受伤,在treadmill上跑的跑步姿势会被
spoiled, 要路跑去感觉一下找一个好的姿势。

看了physical therapist,才知道第一个毛病写的是abductor strain hip...
不过physical therapist说我是因为腰椎间盘突出导致的屁股疼,因为她说ITB一般是
膝盖疼。按照她的理论,我估计就是我跑步的时候给腰椎太大的压力了,让我本来就突
出的椎间盘挤压神经,因为神经是自上而下的,所以我的屁股部位而不是腰部感觉到疼..
.所以她教了我几个拉伸背部,屁股和大腿的动作~还说这样能让我本来就很紧的屁股肌
肉松弛,还有希望变大屁股(oh yeah!)
从今后不能再跑步了~~只能游泳了~~而且还只能游自由泳和仰泳,因为蛙泳和蝶泳不利
于我的腰椎~~~

resting, I would recommend you to see an orthopedic doctor since it is
basically a clinical diagnosis of stress fracture on physical examination
with localized pain to palpation and swelling.
The tibia is the major weight-bearing bone in the leg. Tibial stress
fractures are common in athletes and nonathletes who suddenly increase their
physical activity.
