several key issues:
1: prepare as much as you can ahead of time
2: read and learn baby care as much as you can ahead of time.
3: ask friends to drop some foods in.
4: sleep whenever you baby sleep - don't try to pump and feed - it will
consume too much time. just feed with your breast.
