SQNM是一家生物技术公司，象很多生物技术公司一样，它还在赔钱，每个季度都赔钱。

papers ,citations and less review articles. Since you didn't mention the
reference letters and conferences which he attended, it's hard to say he is
definitely not qualified for EB1B. While if he can prove he is the
outstanding person in his field compared with his peers and get worldwide
recognition in his field. It's worth to try.

可以经常到班上考考古，真的会有很多收获！
下面就把我自己的pl分享给大家，其实我当初也是在版上找到的模板，然后根据自己的
情况稍加改动。建议大家根据自己的情况，哪里是自己的强项，就要多多突出。我自己
的文章影响因子一般，但是引用很多，而且都是一些正面的评价或是大段的引用。所以
我特意弄了表格把所有这些引用都彰显出来，说明我的工作对别人是有很大影响的。
还有就是contribution部分介绍的几个工作，我基本都是用同一模式介绍的每个工作1.
推荐信中怎样说这个工作2它解决了什么问题3发表哪里，杂志介绍4引用情况5其他文章

还真是totality没过，和偶在你上个帖子里预测的一致，不过IO这么明确的提出来是
outstanding的问题，而你又认可这点你没组织好，我觉得事情还有挽救的余地：
1.如果你能找到新的硬件，诸如你又发了新文章，或者新patent，或者任何新的证据能
证明你是outstanding的，是above all others的，不妨试图先说服HR和律师，re-open
你的case，如果你的证据足够强，组织的足够好，还是有可能翻案的。（file a motion to reopen or reconsider with this office, you may do so within 30 days from the date of this notice.）
2.如果没有什么足够强的新证据，re-open也很难翻案的，那你能不能去搜集足够多的
新证据，自己重新组织材料，将1B的case当作1A来准备，将这些新旧材料重新包装，试
试去说服律师:这些新证据新包装，已经足够证明你是small percentage，above all

怎么个说法。问题可能有点长 希望大家指教指教。
去年的做法大概是
1. Obtain Bank Recon,
2. Send confirmation
3. Deposit in Transit: Review deposit slips, and obtain subsequent bank
statement, and verify the amount in the subsequent bank statement.
4. Outstanding check: basically look at all the outstanding check as of 12/
31/08, and vouch it through subsequent bank statement.
今年2nd year看了之后说这个outstanding check testing不对.
