是dealer owe一个什么型号的车，都有什么配件，我owe money+insurance+drive
license， 第二个表是我们一起看过一个车，列了VIN和有多少mile。 我签了这2个表
，他们复印了驾照。过一会说这个车被别的sales卖掉了。可以换其他颜色同样配置的
车，但是没有我喜欢的。当时是有挺多人同时在买车的，也挺晚的了，后来就说2号他
们从其他dealer那里换一辆过来。
同去的朋友前两年买过车，但也记不清签过什么文件了，也实在是找不到懂行的人帮忙
。今天突然很担心，签的那个we owe form 有问题吗？ 多谢了。 |

第一篇了说，Tax rate on ordinary income 在一万八到七万五之间（已婚合报），
Tax rate on qualified dividends and long term capital gains 是0%。 这个表的
意思很象是说刨除qualified dividends and long term capital gains的taxable
income (after exemptions and deductions)，在一万八到七万五之间（已婚合报），

第二年报税，不是交税，是汇报你的收入并计算你应该缴纳的税，跟你实际已经交
的税相比，交多了(overpaid)就退你，交少(owe)你就补交。如果你owe的太多，
那么除了owe的tax之外，你还可能要交interest/penalty。你平时的发工资的
时候就被公司按一定比例withhold了，通常和应交tax不差太多，除非你收入太高
或太低.如果你拿1099，那部分收入就没有被扣税，那么你明年报税的时候，
有可能就会owe很多tax，如果数额很大的话，你可能需要考虑每季度交
estimate tax以避免这个interest/penalty. |

I want a photograph that would tell a story. Some of us are Chinese
