说说这一年多让我痛不欲生的事情吧，也算给自己找个出口，释放一下。
08年一月，我顺产生下儿子，撕裂严重，伤口长了四个半月，这一切还只是苦难的开始。
宝宝自出生后两周开始长湿疹，其后越来越严重，服过抗生素，擦过激素药，现在更是
靠口服激素药来压制，药量减少后，湿疹又卷土重来。宝宝两个月的时候reflux很厉害
，到四个月大的时候几乎不能进食，被诊断为INFANTGERD。从此GERD跟湿疹如影随形，
折磨着宝宝跟我们全家。
那种痛苦不是普通孩子的父母可以想像的。我跟老公自打孩子出世后没有睡过一觉超过
三小时，每天所有睡眠不到五个钟头。我的体重由生完孩子的123磅骤减至90磅，并且
患有抑郁症，需要心理治疗，最痛苦的时候曾经有过两次想自杀，因为实在是身心疲惫
，觉得活着不如死了来得爽。老公因为这个孩子 |

不过我们等了很久也没有运气看到清晰的百内塔，新年夜天寒地冻的睡在campsite
torres，吃白水煮意面，四点起床冒雪爬山，还只看到云雾笼罩的山峰，好可怜的。
camp grande paine那里风很大，证明了ultralight tent是不可靠的！
我们3天走完W，好累，我也觉得下次时间应该放宽一点 :) |

发帖数: 56 | 44 这个周末去Jacksonville跑了Tour de Pain. 周五晚在海滩跑4迈。周六早上跑5k, 傍
晚跑1迈。24小时内跑三场比赛。
4MI成绩27：55，5K 成绩20：15，1Mi成绩5：45。三项均创PR。
第一次跑Beach，比想象要容易一点。沙滩并不太软。只是Humidity 比较高。
感想：拖家带口，地理不熟，气温较高，越跑越累。有很多Elite Runners，逼到你
Push 到极限。赛后有Free Beer 和Pizza，Music 什么的。感觉组织的很不错。
不知这版上有没有人跑了这比赛？ |

for me. I regularly buy these stuff for my parents, but never used them
myself. Then I tried a few capsules, it reduced my knee pain right after a
couple of days. I guess I am getting older and short of joint fluid. It gave
me confident to prepare for another marathon later this year.
I know this board is for young people, but if any older runners like me have
the same problem, you can try these.

I am having knee pain today after 4 miles. Really slow running. 5 days a
week, 1 hour 6 miles per day.
For the last 10 years, I am running 5 days a week. 30 minutes/3 miles per
day on treadmill. Same LiNing shoe for 10 years. No trouble at all. This
year bought ASICS Gel 2160. First several month on treadmill, recently out
side on road. Injury ? Any other activity to suggest to strengthen knee if
stop running for several days?
