相当basic的营地，呆起来可远没有Dickson那边舒服啊~
由于Paso的关闭，外加这一直不停的秋雨，呆了一个晚上后，我们几个人全都决定原路
返回Dickson营地。其实现在想想，我还是觉得非常遗憾，没有在Los Perros营地多呆
上几天，把附近好好的转个遍……嘛，反正这一次的遗憾已经是满满的了，留待以后吧
~毕竟我在得知大环线关闭的时候，就决定以后一定要再回来，至少要完成Paine
Circuit~
回到熟悉的Dickson，迎接我们一行人的不仅仅是Andy他们，这一天有两位智利的摄影
师也在Dickson落脚。这两位摄影师来自Santiago，人又nice又热情，并且其中的一位
英文非常流利，非常热心的给我介绍了Paine以及Chile其他地区的情况。于是这个晚上
就成了一茶话会时光~呵呵，不得不说，我这一路上碰到的最是聊得来的，就是这位会
英文的摄影师，毕竟共同话题太多了，从相机镜头的选择，到价位，到拍摄要点，到

，作quant的，送到街上去，好像是高盛，或者雷曼，具体忘了。
他介绍那个人去的时候，跟hiring manager说，这个人super smart，不过呢，是个
pain in the ass，我自己won't even have a drink with him. 经理说管他pain不
pain啊，我要个能干活的，能干活就行。
那个人去了一年，给公司写了一个布拉布拉的算法，解决了布拉布拉的问题，为公司挣
了布拉布拉个米粒的钱。到年底，街上收入全看年终奖，经理给他的奖金很低。他非常
怒，回来找猎头，表示要跳槽。
猎头就问那个经理去了，说他说给你写关键算法有木有？他说给你挣了几十个米粒的钱
有木有？他说你给他鼻屎大的bonus有木有？你是不是太不fair啦？经理说，这些都可
以有~~ 不过呢，这个人实在是pain in the ass啊，我本来以为他是蚊子叮那么大的
pain，结果他是碗口那么大的疮。同组的人每个月至少来complain他一次，我安抚员工

100多个人面试，结果4-6个人选中，她是其中一个。据她说以后在公司做的跟她现在做

女生长得还行，时尚会打扮，英语中等偏上水平。
至今没有论文发表，没专利和其他任何已经发表的东西，PHD校园面试时候才第三年，
今年第四年毕业去那家公司。
不知道那家公司看中她什么。那么多人面试，还有很多美国人，男女都有。

But I have realized exactly the opposite throughout the years. That is, pain
is absolutely not the one thing that makes us feel most alive. There will
be a time that pain is no longer addictive and enjoyable. by then, pain is
just pain and pointless pain is just pointless. There has been at least once
that I felt no sense of accomplishment after an ultra event. pain, wattage,
and winning is just not the highest purpose of life. |

lots of pains in my body the first few months even with light weights. My
shoulder rotate calf would be in pain when doing incline bench press. My
shoulder blade points would be killing me when I do lat pulldown. One of my

trail，有一些class 3的rock scramble (w/ exposure）和大概20度-25度的雪坡。每

今天计划的路线是从Refugio Grey往南，在西南角的Refugio Paine Grande吃中午饭，
晚上露营在法国山谷下的Camp Italiano。也是八点三刻左右就出发了，从湖边回到小
树林里，走了没几步，就看到一个建设中的木头房子。这里的view确实不错，又有游船
直达，看来目前的住宿设施有点供不应求。开始一段树林里的路，我们右边和Lago
Grey之间隔着一个很窄的山脊，湖是看不到的。经过一个小瀑布，也是从左侧山间的冰
川上流下的，在坚硬的石头上切出一道深且曲折的伤痕。
半个多小时之后，我们的路回到了沿湖的山脊之上，顺着Lago Grey蜿蜒的湖岸线一路
往南。路上有几个观景台，回头可以很清楚地看到Grey冰川左、右两个冰舌和把它们分

睡觉睡到自然醒。爬起来吃了昨天中午剩下的半个三文鱼三明治当早餐。把帐篷内外仔
仔细细做了个大扫除，快十点了才离开营地晃晃悠悠的下山。身后百内塔峰的方向完完
全全在云里，前面山谷的天倒是不错。Camp Chileno出来沿着Ascencio河的那段路这次
没有什么风，过了和shortcut交汇的岔路口后，就是面向Rio Paine、山谷、以及周围
起伏的丘陵的径直下坡，视野很是开阔。
开始的时候路两侧还是碎石坡，随着海拔渐渐降低，两侧的山坡慢慢被青草和矮灌木所
覆盖。路上游客很多，还遇到一个上行的马队。十一点从一个木头吊桥上过了Rio
Ascencio，十分钟后就看到了Hotel Las Torres的一排白色屋顶的小木屋。

and I can run just normally afterwards. This is during
the time my heel pain was a little severe.
But I finally realized that this actually prevent me from
completely recovering. So what I am doing now is that if

圆满，才能感知原来无我，无常，才能感知苦。知苦才可以想到要灭苦。当苦的逼迫感
迎面而来挡也挡不住的时候，我们自然很想离苦，于是寻找解脱之道。发自肺腑想要灭
苦，才能认真学习和实践灭苦之道。也就是说，人生其实给我们提供了觉悟的机会和基

see acute pain, help us with postoperative pain management. Some will see
cancer pt, help with cancer pain, which is much needed. They also do a lot
diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Of course, there are some bad pain
docs, some even got arrested, just like every other specialty. But you can't
just simply point fingers at the entire specialty. |
