1）以前，跑前我做一个拉伸，就是双腿交叉，弯腰用双手够脚尖。不要做这种拉伸！
2）加强腰部肌肉锻炼
3）睡觉时，侧身睡。
现在我已经没有low back pain。 |

。但我由这本书喜欢上了村上春树， 觉得他是个很实在，很扎实,平和而有趣的人。最
近开始跑步锻炼，见到这本书，就又借回来，重读，还真有新发现和新感受。
刚重读前言，我就笑了。他描写身边的跑步者，有的＂脚踏大地，气宇轩昂，精神十足
，望上去好象有群夜盗在后面追赶他们似的＂，也有＂双眼半睁半闭，一边跑一边呼哧
呼哧喘气，两肩无力地下垂，一看便知痛苦不堪的肥胖跑步者，也许是一周前刚查出了
糖尿病，医生劝他们每天坚持锻炼＂。 这后一种人，不就说的我吗？
前言里还引了另一位跑者激励自己的格言，就是
Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional 。书里的中文翻译是，＂痛苦难以避免
，但磨难可以选择＂。村上春树说，跑到觉得＂唉呀，好累人啊， 我不行了＂的时候

来，运气还算不错，没用上这个备用日子。今天才是第9天，已经只剩下Torres Del
Paine最后一个观景台了。我晚上依旧打算住在Camp Chileno营地，总觉得这个营地虽
然也是熙熙攘攘，但总还有点山里的感觉。山脚下的Hotel Las Torres就太腐败了，估
计在那儿扎营感觉更像回到了城市。在百内公园的最后一个晚上，也是我们这次半个多
月旅程的最后一个露营的晚上，我想离山更近一些。于是今天的计划就是以Camp
Chileno为基地，day hike百内塔峰观景台，很悠闲。
传说中日出时分、百内塔峰的金顶与我们这等嗜睡的懒人是注定无缘的。七点半，当我
经过复杂的心理斗争，从帐篷里爬出来的时候，在营地能看到的中峰和北峰的山顶已经
被阳光照得裎明发亮。云还是挺多的，不过好像都在塔峰们的头上和身后，除了在岩壁
上投下些许阴影外，并没有遮挡住什么。吃了早饭，领了丰盛的lunch box，快8点半才
从营地出发，这一路上去到Camp Torres基本都是维护的很好的比较平缓的trail，大部

地方只有走路才能到达。TDP常常被认为是远足者的天堂。公园内最著名的一条环形远
足路线长约150公里，一般需要7到10天完成。大多数人只走其中呈W形的一段，大约需
要4天。我们本来的计划是在来的第一天去Glacier Grey看冰川，然后第二天徒步几个
小时；但是因为头一天车子出了很多状况，基本哪儿也没去，我们只好争取在公园这唯
一的一天里多去几个地方。

a csh script.. I cannot run it as a command, the error is: command not
found,sth.like that. even it is in the current directory. but If I input each
line of that csh script after the prompt, no problem.
Usually, I alway put first line as "#!/bin/csh", if I remove this, the error
would be different, saying one line in the script has syntax error, even
actually no any syntax error in that line at all.
I have this kind of problem occasionally, really painful.. anybody has semi |

it's like you give the SP a promise for his cooperation. What I'm worried is
after you got the history and PE, it's time for closure, you can't say "we
need to wait again for the test results before giving you anything to help".
shouldn't you give them something to temporarily relieve the pain?
I think we need to offer something to comfort SP, but what can we offer? |

On Synthroid tx, but on 2002 had her first episode of pancreatitis, with
lipase in 3000s. Subsequently had repeated episodes of abdominal pain, many
thought it as pancreatitis, but lipase has always been normal, with CT ab
not showing any calcifications in the abdomen.
Patient here this time again, GI feels it is pancreatitis again. She takes
Synthroid regularly according to herself but TSH always elevated.

severe hypothyroidism will show cognitive signs and rarely related to pancreatitis. her hypothyroidism might have nothing to do with her abdominal pain at all. tons of people who are admitted to hospitals have hypothyroidism because it's such a common disease. |
