按语：在今天中美贸易谈判之前，美国在强迫中国金融开放上已经达到目的了，因此，
他们就不将这作为重点了，但2018年5月3日，我在其它方面都预测对了。美国一方面通
过限制外国直接投资和高关税保护自己的市场，另一方面却强迫中国为外国直接投资完
全敞开大门、降低关税，这是什么强盗逻辑！美国一直在实施保护主义，现在更加变本
加厉，这是符合其国家利益的。但实际上，最需要保护主义的是中国，不要再被美国欺
骗了，不要再被自由贸易、外资带来好处欺骗了！

definable 的，但不是所有的 non-definable choice function 的硬射，都会造成

10月失业率处于半世纪来低点（3.7%），但对大多数美国人而言，景气高峰与快乐生活
不能画上等号。
1.寿命下降 经济强权代价
世界经济论坛（WEF）报告指出，美国身为经济强权付出的代价是“衰弱的社会结构”
；平均寿命逐渐下降，部分导因为自杀、药物及菸酒滥用造成的“绝望死”情况愈发严
重，绝望死影响高中学历以下的白人男性尤甚，约15%、年龄介于25岁至54岁的白人男
性赋闲，且被社会边缘化。
这种情况不只发生在美国，中国与印度亦然。中国经济蓬勃发展，但中国人的生活满意
度渐减。中国的国内生产毛额（GDP）在1990年至2009年间成长至少四倍，平均寿命从
67岁增至74岁，惟生活满意度每下愈况；印度经济突飞猛进，但印度人的生活满意度自
2006年到2017年减少10%。
美国、中国及印度的情况反映出，国家愈富裕，人民却愈不开心。

在70多年前，中国处于长期半分裂状态，美英法德俄意日等在中国都有区域代理人。中

，隋开皇十二年(592年)，改新安郡为歙州，设州治于此。
徽州具有丰富的自然资源、乡村建筑资源和历史人文资源，是人类多样化生活的一个不
可多得的样本。在尘嚣日上的大都市中已分崩离析的乡土血脉与宗族体统在这里青山绿
水的保育下得以幸存。但是，现有的单一旅游开发模式既不关心农村自然生态的保护和

害人之心虽然没有，防人之心不可无， 小心某些ID Who love to lick black asses。
万一他跟FBI告一状，即使招不来麻烦也添堵。
其次， 说一下我见过的黑人， 刚来的时候，就有黑人在校园里要change，当时我比较
傻，还给他钱包看证明我确实没有零钱。后来看地方新闻，基本出凶杀案多是黑人造孽
， 所以凡是不得已需要经过黑人区都要锁车门关车窗， 快速通过不做停留。
再后来偶尔跟房东谈起可以在网上调查 sex offenders，他说装修房子的时候请的一个

The headline of a recent article by the Washington Post’s Peter Wallsten
capsulizes, inadvertently, the supreme paradox of the Obama presidency.
“Obama struggles to balance African America’s hopes with country’s as a
whole,” it says.
The story documents Obama’s struggles over the last four years, which
continue today, to avoid overplaying his hand as the first black president,
yet to also not ignore this fact.
