我可以 take maternity leave, 也可以take unemployment package, maternity
leave 大概可以比unemployment package 多300/week,大概16周，（2周产前，8周产后
，还有6周family leave). 但我不知道，take paternity leave 后，是否还可以拿
unemployment package. 毕竟unemployment package可以拿超过一年。

B没有不过的。因为一些客观原因我必须近期换工作，所以没有继续在现在的公司把绿卡
办下去。
找工作的过程中，拿了两家offer，其中一家公司律师说我的case还可以应该可以过。最
终我选择去另外一家。那一家律师说我的case是BORDER LINE，他们答应给我同时办EB2
和EB1B（EB1B是他们给了我一些sign-on bonus让我自己在外面找律师办）。
自己的背景是：CS PHD（第三国），3年工作经验，6篇中文文章，5篇英文文章，引用非
常少因为研究领域太窄。20个review，一个刚刚file没多久的patern，以前硕士期间做
的工作申请了两个专利和两个SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT。我个人觉得这样的case偏弱，所以
公司愿意帮我办EB2保底我觉得也没什么不妥，就是怕之前看到的说link错的情况发生（
具体的帖子我记不得了，好像当时那个同胞是NIW和EB1同时办的）。 |

the patern application. IO 让我提交patent currently being utilized and
shown to be significant to the field.
请问板上的大牛怎么回答这个问题？ 可不可以避而不谈？ 目前这个专利只有申请号
，最近知道申请没有成功， 更谈不上别人应用了。

1）新加坡籍爸爸的有薪产假，因为薪金全由政府买单，当然一直就算计得很厉害。终
于~延长了！
2017年1月1日之前：父亲只有一个星期强制性的有薪陪产假，第二个星期的陪产假视个
别雇主的安排而定。
之后：有薪产假延长到两个星期。新生儿的父亲能选择在孩子出生四个月内，连续请两
个星期的陪产假。父亲也能在雇主的同意下，在孩子满一岁前，灵活地安排陪产假。
想要拿到这些福利，需要满足的条件有：
a) 孩子是新加坡公民;
b) 雇员与孩子的母亲是合法夫妻; 以及
c) 雇员在孩子出生前已经为公司连续工作至少3个月。
在母亲的同意下，在职父亲能够分享母亲的产假，为期4星期的共用产假（以前只有1星

我认识的一个叔叔，因为老婆不能怀孕，回国找代孕，每次也是说好10w,15w人民币的
结果被骗了两次，人财两空，折腾了好几年，直到最近第三个才成功了。之前还担心
paternity test不过美国使馆不让带回来，幸好通过了证明是他的孩子。。。

发现满眼的十年，突然发觉自己02年来美，现在正好十年了。
02 国内被“磨刀不误砍柴功”忽悠，在象牙塔里耗费了许多太多大好年华。决心出
国正赶上签证紧缩，被拒了两次差点没有成行。W2=0
03 上了一年学匆匆毕业，基本连英语都没说利索。失业几个月后阴错阳差被alumni
引荐拿到个年薪40K的小公务员的差事，W2=20K
04 第一份工作无聊之极，准备考USMLE。心里企盼能挣60K就安生等绿卡了。马上接
到个电话，异地小公司说需要人给60K，想都不想就跟着走了。W2=60K

据说爱斯基摩人有几十个词来描绘雪，比如“大雪”、“小雪”、“暴雪”之类，都是

摩人整天生活在冰天雪地里，不同的雪对他们有不同的影响，自然需要区分，而热带的
人则很少见到雪，因此也就没有必要专门发明词汇来区分它们，甚至霜、冰、雪都可以
混为一谈。
有研究表明，这个说法不尽准确，但却符合我们的印象。爱斯基摩语和赤道部落语我不
