in this 'overpacked' big family tree, it is unavoidable that
the bondings become looser and looser. With the coming age of
90s, the family ties between the units are more like 'doing-
business' and 'social-charity' than actually expected 'emotional'

刚看了《哈利波特7上》，无聊的在PubMed里面用"Harry Potter"做关键词搜索文献，
得到32篇文献，居然还有发在Nature上的文章两篇 还有其他牛文若干篇。灰常的欢乐。

现在的现实情况是不管法律上有没有规定产假，好像没听说过生孩子不给假的，就算是
父亲一方以此为理由休，也没听说过不准的。法律上规定产假，对实际情况可能没有太
大影响。但如果法律对产假规定男女不对等，又没有其它条款保障女性的就业机会，确
实很可能出现招聘时对女性的歧视。最近可能好了，很多年前，国内许多单位招工就赤
裸裸地标明只招男性，女生无论多好都没有机会，女生面对这样的情形确实会产生女性
是第二性的感觉。所以女生来美国一般更不愿意回去，而且中国社会女性择偶比较看重
男方的经济实力，许多家庭女性对男性的经济依赖严重也不是没有社会原因的。
男女生理有别，女性作为群体自然肩负着生养后代的社会义务，这是没有办法的事情，
所以需要社会政策来平衡这种天然的性别差异以确保生养后代的条件，不然女性干脆都
选择男性那样的自然生活方式，拒绝生养，社会就没法延续下去了。单纯规定
maternity leave，等于是为雇主雇佣女性增加了义务，却得不到好处，如果没有其它
