process. 这里给一个稍微麻烦一点，但适用于所有银行最最保险的做法：
如果你的网上银行账户和local checking account都已经被贷款银行批准了，那么你先
找loan officer 要一份尽可能准确的closing fee estimate, 这样你知道你到底需要
多少钱，然后从网上银行request cashier's check (it may take 3-5 days)
payable to the title company, 金额不能超过贷款银行确认过的金额。假设你提供给
贷款银行6/15 -- 7/15的月结单 with ending balance $56555，那么建议cashier'

我选中她也是看到她是个老手，卖出的房子很多。不过，两个月的合作，对我的房子，

有人说轰七八拢加起来，大致等于房子一年的property tax。不知道准不准。
（１）律师费
（２）银行贷款origination fee（也就一千以下）
（３）title company 的费用（这到底要多少钱真不明白）
（４）房屋保险（反正要出）
（５）纽约还有银行律师费
（６）有的银行要求一个月到三个月的payment放在独立帐户里
（７）有的银行要求三个月到半年的property tax放在独立帐户里
麻烦指点！一百万的房子多少万能够把closing fee搞定？我没有一百万，只是打个比

2、Provider Discount是医院给保险公司的折扣吗？
3、Co-pay/Deductible是我应该自费的金额吗？
4、Pay ACT是什么意思啊？
5、Amount Payable是指保险公司已付的还是我应该付的啊？
6、我去看诊的诊室明明是保险公司network里的，为什么会有Non-Network Deductible
这一项呢？
7、附件里最下方有一栏，check Issued to和金额，是让我写一张13.56的check给这个
lab吗？还是什么意思？

可以使用任何一家银行的支票。
在支票上，payable to写拼音，memo写中文姓名，也可以把收款人的身份证号写上。
收款人在中国任何一家办理外汇业务的银行凭身份证办理托收。
手续费大约RMB20-40。
需要等待大约１个月，银行会电话通知领款。

（payable to 名字的汉语拼音，可在memo写上中文）。
钱到了他们会打电话让你去取（貌似需要身份证）。可以选择取美元或者人民币。
不过你要是取了美元，以后再换成人民币，那就是现钞了，汇率不合算。
