对各种秀不是很感兴趣，去之前都没有刻意专门看如何买票订票。
后来觉得既然来了跟风去看看好了，
不然人家说去Vegas竟然没看秀，真是白去了。
打算去看O，可网上票早就定光了，
不过有朋友当天中午去剧场卖票处还是买到了当晚仅剩的票，听说很不错。
没买着票，只能去Wynn看也是由Franco Dragone编导的Le Rêve—The Dream.
为什么叫"Le Rêve" 呢？好像因这个秀搬到Wynn前的地方、
也因Steve Wynn拥有的著名毕加索名画Le Rêve而得名。
这个秀一开始觉得挺震撼，各种水中、水上、空中三维杂技，
加上美丽的音乐、简单的故事情节，
糅合着变换异常的色彩、灯光、道具，场面比较宏大，
不过后来看到后面，就有些审美疲劳了。
最后结局果然如网上说的，就是两个人成功上了床，升天。。
后来为了打发时间想看Jubilee，可当天的票买不到，
只好去看peep show，MGM和ShowcaseMall之间的Tix4tonight买的票。
这家亭子是strip上关门最晚的票亭，预售第二天的票。

区别只在光圈大小、有无IS，还有我不care但是很多人care的做工上。
所谓做工，一大部分就是会不会zoom creep。我个人拼命揉过6个月的17-55，没有发现
zoom creep。但是毕竟不是L，揉一年拼命change zoom，会不会zoom creep就不知道了。24-70之类就很扎实，除非往地上砸，否则一般不会给你说变焦环阻尼松掉这种鸟事。前面说过那个LN的28-70，14年了，估计经历过不少风雨，镜身上一点用过的痕迹都看不出来的。
当然如果pixel peep，17-55 约等于24-70，然后又都略大于24-105。我觉得业余选手
看镜头，看到pixel peeping这份上，就有点可悲了…… |

就这样还是跟上架有一定区别的，上架的方式，云台的好坏，是否反光板锁定都有影响
个人觉得没必要pixel-peeping，收到30%-50%觉得比较sharp就够了。
你这几张片更多的还是时机不够完美，就算sharp to pixel了也不会增色太多 |

、500和800的，也是说要谈“意境片”。
但是那是人家真的数了太多毛了，很多是得过奖的。
可是自己没有数过毛，先聊数毛无意义，这个就是酸了。真要讲什么动感，我拿着85
II，都拍过BIF（纯无聊）。
另外，既然讲到画质，如果不pixel peeping，我觉得才是没有意义。7D之所以被称为
“肉”，就是因为连使用456好象都没法看18mp的100%。论4X6的打印效果，还是锐的。
可见讨论画质时，本身的前提就不是4X6。说广大平均水准或者低于平均水准的摄友“
平时不会去打印一张40X60”，那不是给7D之类的机器的低画质开脱的借口，只是说明
广大摄友标准低而已。稍微严肃点讨论画质的大前提就是说你拿着一个30寸牛显，跑去
pixel peeping的情况了。
说了这么多，我自己拿85 II的飞鸟也给上上，您说这动感如何？85 II那对焦，大家都
是知道的了。

那天早上preceptor和我一走进病房，马上就发现异常。夜班RT把Ventilator调到了 AC
32 500 100%, peep 15. 这是开足马力确保病人不要在夜班去世。
白班RT来了，马上查ABG. 我们俩一算，paO2/FiO2=105, fatal rate 38-45%。马上打
电话给家属。
HR 125, 12-lead EKG显示A-fib with multiple PVC，但是没有MI。
peep 15是极限了，RT说他已经把ventilator弄到极限了。
到下午，我也把vasopressor弄到极限了。
都打到极限了，那为什么BP还是控制不住呢？该用的我们都用了。没招了,第一次感到
很无助。
事后想想，应该要弄个cvp和arterial pressure看看。
是什么导致的ARDS我也不太清楚。入院诊断是acute respiratory failure, UTI.
PMH: chronic hypercapnic respiratory failure, COPD, CHF, HTN.

几个不知所谓的无聊的人天天吹嘘什么麻醉护士。
麻醉护士不需要医生SUPERVISE的州，加州就算一个。工作中碰到的CRNA，中国人也是
说还是医生赚得更多，如果遇到复杂的病人需要医生帮忙善后。人家可是干了二十多年
的老CRNA了。结果几个才工作几年的CRNA就一副我二十万美金一年，牛的不要不要了的
样子，井底之蛙。
工作中碰到的PA，老PA，人家自己开诊所，年入上百万美金。
NP也可以年入五十万美金，做一个CRNA真的没有啥好吹嘘的，尤其是ultrasound
guided peripherial IV insertion，根本就不算什么新鲜事，也就是几个千老不懂，
外行在哪儿一惊一乍的，以为多了不起，很多年前在interventional radiology上班，
早就会了，并不是什么难事，二十分钟就会了，很多RN都会，这个东西真心不是什么高
难度动作。如果上个CRNA学校就学这么一点东西，真心就学费白交了，当然要是做a-
line，大静脉的central line那个因为执照的限制，只有advanced 执照的人才能做，

发帖数: 7016 | 21 今天去练习，专门试了聚焦在pin上，结果不太稳定，实际上我的聚焦不自然的还是会
回到目标上，自己意识到这个之后，又很不自然地把聚焦点拉回来到pin上，就这一拉
，稳定性一下就受到影响。
后来我干脆不管最后聚焦在pin上，而是回到我习惯的目标上，结果又好了起来。仔细
思考我的瞄准过程之后，觉得对于弓箭来说，发射时聚焦还是应该在目标上更合理一些。
首先说说我的瞄准过程，拉开后，
1 初步调整，找到anchor point，暂时稳定在这个位置，大致把pin重叠在目标上，
2 这时聚焦应该是大至在pin housing整个范围上，而不是在pin上，
3 先检查水平仪，确定泡泡在中间，
4 然后重叠peep sight的园圈和pin housing的园圈，最好的状态是pin housing比
peep稍微小一点点，这样便于检查它们的相对关系，应该是一大一小的两个同心园，
5 保持这个位置，聚焦到target上，这时候pin会模糊，会稍微变得虚一点大一点，
6 这时候pin和target基本重合，只需要
保持稳定然后不知不觉中箭就发出去了，

的，瞄准的时候要重合它们不太方便。于是又准备换sight。还不止这些，它自带的铝
箭长度太长，而且这个铝箭质量很差，一碰就弯掉了。还是得买正儿八经的碳箭，而且
我感觉它的弦太粗了一点，标准的碳箭nock不一定合适。说不定还得换弦。
我去买sight的时候就给ＢＰＳ的complain这个弓的问题，ＢＰＳ说不如拿来退了，上
razor edge。
回答你的问题，我还没有换完该换的附件就对它失去了信心。 |

但是anchor point老是找不到，鼻子尖碰不到弦。如果鼻尖碰到弦就得靠扭头，扭了头
就没法通过peep看sight，感觉peep落在我的左眼和右眼中间。

2019年 12月以来,湖北省武汉市出现了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情, 随着疫情的蔓延,我国
其他地区及境外多个国家也相继发现了此类病例。 该病作为急性呼吸道传染病已纳入
《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,按甲类传染病管 理。 通过采取
一系列预防控制和医疗救治措施,我国境内疫情 上升的势头得到一定程度的遏制,大多
数省份疫情缓解,但境外的发病人数呈上升态势。 随着对疾病临床表现、病理认识的深
入和诊疗经验的积累,为进一步加强对该病的早诊早治,提高治愈率,降低病亡率,最大可
能避免医院感染,同时提醒注意境外输入性病例导致的传播和扩散,我们对《新型冠状病
