一下
发现一个规律：要是把我的penalty的数和3putts的数从成绩里去掉，基本都在low80s,
容易的场地大70几，难的场地80s
有时3putts少一点，或者是penalty少一点，成绩就是high80s或者low90s
但是，要是3putts和penalty都多，那就是high90s或者100
前些天以为找到golf的感觉，打了好几场好球，昨天去挑战bridges的黑tee(rating 75
, slope 147)，又被打回原形
9个penalty, 6个3putts, 102
penalty基本是re-tee, 所以打的时候感觉还可以的，但一看成绩，惨不忍睹
还有上周一场球，6个GIR，3putts了其中的5个，总共6个par, 5个是靠save, up and
down. 没有birdie, 90收场
同组的一个哥们shot81, 但是他还以为我那天的成绩比他好。我跟他说，要是不算

主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.
大家只能自求多福了,多锻炼身体,希望自己别生病.

2013年1月和4月转的钱都算到了2013年，实际上应该吧1月的钱算到2012年，因为我
2012年没有存。现在貌似有两个选项
1. 把多余的钱的earning都取出来，报一个1040X给irs。
这样是不是就不用交excess contribution的6%的penalty，但是earning要补税和额外
10%的penalty。
2. 把excess contribution留到以后。
但是我已经把2014年的roth存过了，那么2013年的excess是不是要交2013和2014两年的
各6%的penalty。如果这样做，我什么时候交penalty给irs? 如果我现在把2014年的
contribution取出来，是不是还会有什么penalty？
除了这两个办法，还有什么好方法么？

税法最初,1920s,报税是各算各的在加到一起,就算是夫妻两口子,但是有那么几个实行c
ommunity property law的州(Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nev
ada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin)让夫妻双方平分收入再算,当时
妇女大部分不工作,可以帮老公降税率,于是他们就比别的州同样收入的夫妻少报税.IRS
为了消除这个就在48年允许别的州夫妻也平分收入,但这样就导致了对单身人的歧视,因
为他们没人帮着降税率,同样收入的夫妻两人就比单身少报税.于是irs在69年调整税表
平衡这个差别,形成所谓的marriage penalty,但随着妇女参加工作越来越多,最后这个m

发帖数: 242 | 45 最近收到roth ira broker的通知，说我的2013 contribution太多了，其实是因为把
2013年1月和4月转的钱都算到了2013年，实际上应该吧1月的钱算到2012年，因为我
2012年没有存。现在貌似有两个选项
1. 把多余的钱的earning都取出来，报一个1040X给irs。
这样是不是就不用交excess contribution的6%的penalty，但是earning要补税和额外
10%的penalty。
2. 把excess contribution留到以后。
但是我已经把2014年的roth存过了，那么2013年的excess是不是要交2013和2014两年的
各6%的penalty。如果这样做，我什么时候交penalty给irs? 如果我现在把2014年的
contribution取出来，是不是还会有什么penalty？
除了这两个办法，还有什么好方法么？

有ITIN。今年第一次报税，所以很多问题不清楚，麻烦达人不吝赐教。
1. 关于Filing status
我已经结婚，所以我理解我的Filing status应该只能是married and filing jointly
或者married and filing separately。我之前看到有人持有H1B，一个人在美国的，结
婚了使用single报税，感觉不是太对。请达人帮忙确认一下。
2. 能否使用married and filing jointly
因为我老婆在国内，压根就没来过美国，没有ITTN和SSN，所以我不确定能否使用这种
方式报税。我读了一些IRS的文档，感觉我这种情况应该也可以使用married and
filing jointly报税的。但是前提是我老婆有ITIN（她就是来了也不能申请SSN），或
者在这次跟我联合报税的时候申请ITIN。申请ITIN可以在本地的IRS办理（某些本地IRS
可以），她本人带着护照，W7，和我的报税单一起提交给IRS；但是我老婆近期不能来

每个有家庭的都有麻烦了
主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.
大家只能自求多福了,多锻炼身体,希望自己别生病.
