发帖数: 4951 | 1 茶叶不知道，但是我看过CCTV4的一个节目，里面讲到国内的竹筷子制作过程中很多存在严重的卫生问题。不同于木制筷子，竹筷子需要更多的打磨抛光加工，否则有很多毛刺。结果现在很多厂商用不规范的手法甚至干脆用滑石份打磨后再清水洗洗。大家在湾区的餐馆里面看，看看日餐和中餐馆里的一次性筷子的使用习惯。各自多少是使用木制筷子的，多少是使用竹子的。竹子的便宜，日本餐馆为什么只使用木制的？据说因为在日本国内对竹筷子的打磨工艺的顾忌是一个原因。类似的例子其实还有不少，中国的枸杞本来是一宝，但是多年来也是因为产商总也无法保证绝对的卫生标准，有的更特意用硫磺熏成鲜艳的黄红色，而枸杞里面的沙子因为凉晒工艺习惯的关系，就是最高标准的出口顶级品，也是一泡一撮沙子。最近几年韩国开始种植枸杞，现在开始出口中国了，别的没什么，就只是做到了没沙子。筷子，枸杞，现在是不是有茶叶，不知道。就举这两个例子了。
刚才看到很多人对着一个为自己孩子物理奥赛成就高兴的妈妈检讨这那，我倒干脆说说其实咱们这个文化真正该检讨的事多着呢，而那个物理奥赛的事其实不但不是事，而且本来还是件好事，是件本该让华人大家都高兴的事。

worse.
A farm with both plants and animals supports multi-layer bio-diversity that
sustains itself without large scale use of pesticide and herbalcide. In this
case, eating meat is efficient too. |

。这些dna序列有些就是植入的片段。一般来说植入片段突变比例都比普通dna序列高很
多，如果是transposon之类的，可以在genome内到处跑，导致很多基因失效，还会遗传
。所以这种潜在威胁谁也预测不了。
当年1930年代pesticide出来时也是一致叫好，结果1960年代就傻眼了。epa发展最鼎盛
时期是1960-1990，拜托pesticide。谁敢打包票说gmo食品不出现像pestcide一样的问
题？30年后monsanto的专利正好失效，中国等3类国逐渐掌握了相关技术，到时肯定会
出来很多gmo副作用的报告，有啥用，monsanto的股东钱赚够了，全世界一代人都被污

2012年9月，法国凯恩大学塞拉利尼教授在《食品与化学毒物学》科学杂志上发
表一篇论文《农达（草甘膦）除草剂和抗农达（草甘膦）转基因玉米的长期毒性》，报
告引用转基因玉米NK603进行大鼠两年饲喂研究，引起大鼠产生肿瘤。
报道经央视新闻栏目报道后引起巨大的关注，支持方和反对方形成两大阵营，其

according to my research, organic food should be noGM food). Or if you can
grow your own. I believe slow food is good, natual food is good. All the
pesticides were invented to kill living staff, thay are harmful to human
being. Hope everybody has good and healthy life! |

改书稿，发现草稿上引用了这个文件，却没有注出处，费了不少劲，才从豆丁网上找到
正本，却是严格的PDF版，不能抄贴，只好传给三千里外，在北京的儿子，请他帮忙打
下来。只过了不多时间，这个文件就在信箱里等着我了。
看到新老朋友每天都有上我博客来的，今天没有能力写新博文了，很不好意思。面对着
许多无言的期待，就允许我贴个洋文，有兴趣的朋友读读解个闷吧，我的无言的学生们

这篇编者的话，说的是美国转基因行业里发生的一件挺大的事情：孟山都等公司给科学
家立规矩，不许他们不经过公司的批准，擅自发表批评转基因科学和转基因技术的研究
报告，时间长达10年左右：一直到去年的8月，科学美国人发表这篇社评。在很长的时
间里，如果孟山都公司不喜欢哪个报告，那么它连同行评审的阶段都走不到。孟山都把
它手里掌握的知识产权——种子专利，当成了隔绝监督和科学批评的盾牌，用了10年，

印度德里的Shiram实验室对除胶后的转基因大豆粗油、精炼油及其副产品检测草
甘膦残留量发现：不同的转基因大豆油发现草甘膦残留量差别较大为0.197-0.350mg/kg
，还发现：精炼油中的草甘膦残留量高于粗油。大豆油允许的草甘膦“最高允许残留量
”: 0.05mg/kg。卫生部2005年《国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量GB2763-2005》对对
棉籽油规定的“最大残留限量”规定为0.05mg/kg，与俄罗斯对大豆草甘膦残留量标准
一致。中国对大豆油没有规定草甘膦最大残留限量，应当认为是大豆油中不准有草甘膦
残留量。卫生部2011年《食品添加剂使用标准》（GB 2760-2011）列出的“食品添加剂
”清单不包括“草甘膦”，应当应当理解为，大豆油中如果检测出有毒草甘膦残留量，
