刚才，中国科学报记者就国家统计局公布粮食十一连增问题，采访笔者对此问题的
看法。国家统计局12月4日发布公告，2014年全国粮食总产量达到60709.9万吨（12142
亿斤），比2013年增加516万吨（103.2亿斤），增长0.9%。我国粮食总产量实现“十一
连增”从2010年开始，每年相对前一年的增幅分别为2.9%，4.52%，3.2%，2.1%，0.9%
。这个问题非常复杂，数据肯定是没有问题的，但关键是我们的粮仓里是否有这么多粮
食。现在需要澄清的问题是：
第一，中国18亿亩耕地撂荒的有多少？播种季节减少的耕地有多少？
第二，原本不缺粮食的省份，许多也开始缺粮，其原因是什么？
第三，既然已经产出了6亿多吨粮食，为什么还要那么多的进口？

2012年9月，法国凯恩大学塞拉利尼教授在《食品与化学毒物学》科学杂志上发
表一篇论文《农达（草甘膦）除草剂和抗农达（草甘膦）转基因玉米的长期毒性》，报
告引用转基因玉米NK603进行大鼠两年饲喂研究，引起大鼠产生肿瘤。
报道经央视新闻栏目报道后引起巨大的关注，支持方和反对方形成两大阵营，其

剂。此后科学家在成功合成烟碱之后，为将吡虫啉等源自对天然生物碱结构优化得到的
杀虫剂区别以前的烟碱类杀虫剂，提出了“新烟碱类”概念。新烟碱类杀虫剂的作用机
制主要是通过选择性控制昆虫神经系统烟碱型乙酰胆碱酯酶受体，阻断昆虫中暑神经系
统的正常传导，从而导致害虫出现麻痹进而死亡。
多年来，科学家们一直在积累证据，研究新烟碱类杀虫剂：Neonicotinoids 对自然界
传粉者蜜蜂的危害，两项大型野外研究证明了新烟碱类杀虫剂对蜜蜂的危害，发表于
2017年顶尖科学杂志science。

最开始我以为毒饺子事件又是仇视“中国制造”的外国人搞出来的呢。原来不是。
2008年年初，刚开始在电视上看到这则新闻的时候，中国的媒体说问题不在中方，而在
日方。理由是日本调查人员在速冻饺子的包装袋上也发现了杀虫剂的成分。中国媒体很
斩钉截铁地说，这个杀虫剂的来源是日本超市里使用的杀虫剂。然后政府组织上百名的
中外记者来到石家庄市的速冻饺子厂。记者们对这个厂子的评价是，非常好，非常好，
非常好。
我当时看中国国内的新闻，大部分也都是他们说什么，自己就信什么。还没有像现在似
的看其他国家的媒体报道。
5年后的2013年，毒饺子案的犯罪嫌疑人吕月庭（石家庄市井陉县人）接受审判。事情
水落石出。

emissions limits on power plants began taking shape Wednesday, as 16 states
asked the government to put the rules on hold while a Senate panel moved to

last four letters of the PLU code are simply what kind of vegetable or fruit

administrator Scott Pruitt and the CEO of Dow Chemical, Andy Liveris. The
title: EPA chief met with Dow CEO before deciding on pesticide ban.
The problem is that the meeting never took place.
Both EPA and Dow objected and issued statements saying that the meeting didn
’t happen but AP refused to correct the story until after business hours
