B超检查，然后根据结果再行判断。做B超的时候问那里的前台保险是否cover，他们看
了一眼我的保险卡，说没问题。然后就做了。9月份收到做B超的那家医疗公司的账单，
要我支付全额700刀的检查费。而且信中还说，我们联系了你的保险公司，但是保险公
司说你在做检查的时候保险已经不cover了。实际上我的保险到9月份才到期。于是我跟
保险公司联系，重新提交了claim form。然后10月份的时候保险公司来信，说“
Routine lab work is not covered under the plan"。说在plan document里面
exclusion部分中已经说明了。
在当初的保险协议里，Exclusion部分里确实有"Routine Physicals".但我这种检查算
是routine physicals吗？新来的留学生没有经验，求解答，谢谢！！ |

的重量，但是可能还是估计错误，感觉又伤了。但是这次好像恢复比较慢。上两周弄个
东西，手腕在受伤的角度用了点力气，现在感觉更严重了点。所以，想去做做physical
therapy。
因为之前完全没有做过这个，想问问这中physical therapy有用吗？如果要去，直接去
吗，还是先要看医生给prescription之类的，才能去？
任何有疗伤经验的建议都欢迎，并包子谢。
