上周某天晚上，正在加油站拐弯调方向靠近加油枪时，车子左前方向突然陷落，同时铛的一声巨响，旁边老美小混混跑过来告诉我lower ball joint坏掉了。下车一看，果然如此，轮子歪在一边，left lower control arm直接打到地上，打电话叫AAA拖车到楼下driveway上，当晚订了零件、ball joint separator (pickle fork)，周末换上了新的ball joint。
症状：大约一年前车刚买来时，车前面悬挂响过一个多月（吱吱嘎嘎，像开门或者破旧楼梯的声音），那时候自己是车盲，也没太理会。今年又响了几个月，期间用过WD40、 liquid wrench和lithium grease润滑各个部件。最后一次修理是大约一个月前，当时拆下轮胎来，所有的ball joint都没有破损（原厂无法加grease），在coil spring上面塞了些grease，响声没有了，当时以为找对了原因。结果上周ball joint突然脱落。

这是简化版本的烤鱼。因为家附近没有中国超市，所有的东西都是从shop Rite弄来的.
菜谱
用料：去皮去骨头的罗非鱼三片（我家旁边的超市只有这种鱼），洋葱一个，大蒜8瓣
，生姜一块，McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶1.5oz，2oz干辣椒一袋，料酒，食用油
，芦笋，蘑菇，long spicy pepper一个半，生抽，芹菜
步骤：1. 洋葱切成洋葱圈，铺在烤盘里，然后把鱼放在洋葱上。姜切丁，洒在鱼上
2.四勺料酒，三勺食用油，大半勺盐，搅拌均匀，撒在鱼上，等半小时
3.把鱼放进烤箱里，400华氏度，烤半小时
3.锅里放油，等油稍微热下，把McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶，2oz干辣椒一
袋，切成丁的大蒜八瓣，切成丁的long spicy pepper一个半扔进去，炒啊炒啊炒，闻

。要不是你们提到，估计再过10年也不会进去。
里面美女还行。点了MM推荐的Fried Pickles，还点了10个炸鸡翅。
Pickles吃了20%，实在不习惯。炸鸡翅真舍得放油啊，没把我腻晕。

中午左右离开Bosque Del Apache,在当地的Buckhorn Tavern吃了两汉堡. 该店声称自
己的汉堡是全美排名第七，我也懒得去追究这个排名怎么来的，只记得里面的绿辣椒把
LD辣了个半死，搞得我只好吃了双份辣椒。吃饱喝足后直接南下去了白沙。
白沙是世界上最大的石膏形成的沙地。能在这形成这么一块地也不容易，主要一般情况
下，石膏溶于水，下场雨都流走了。白沙下面正好有结晶形成，把整个底部包的严严实
实，所以我们才能看到粉末状的沙子。到的时候正好赶上每天下午4点的sunset tour,
跟着ranger走还是能学到很多知识。

本来打算第二天早上看日出来着，不过白沙公园早上7点才开门，等开进去太阳都已经
起来了。所以索性睡了个懒觉。说起来这次在白沙住的B&B是我住过的最好的B&B，里面
有健身房，还有很大的室内泳池，以及吧台给客人享用。去新墨西哥之前就有些感冒，
在Bosque Del Apache看鸟10F这么一冻，我感冒加重。所以对于那个冒着热气的泳池和
边上的自助吧台，只好看看而已，无福消受。

来一则，发生在我和另外一名美国留学生之间。当时他们都已经被诸如“戊、戌、

我听他这么问，也没想许多，就拿出张纸来开始给他写，穷举了从文雅的
云雨交媾到粗俗的XX（注，此为屏蔽）等大概三十来种中文里关于做爱的
表达方式，完了把纸递给他，心想：你小子这下得服气了吧？
孰料那老美接过纸后扫了一眼，淡淡说道：“K，我们英语里关于做爱的表
达方式实在是太多了，一张纸写不下，今晚回去我e-mail给你吧。”
我愣住了，茫然地点了点头，说了声好。
那天晚上，我在自己的邮箱里看到了下面这份长得不像话的列表……

发帖数: 440 | 48 为了能够做出这个让我魂牵梦萦的东西，我前前后后试验了不下30次，最后成功。
原料：1，中国店卖的粘米粉，不要试图自己打米浆，我失败的原因就是自己泡米，打
浆。后来一换成店里卖的粘米粉后，立刻成功。
2，生石灰，你们大城市的中国店都有卖，如果你不幸和我一样在农村，那就去amazon
搜pickling lime,其实这个比中国店便宜多了。

做法：1，粘米粉和水按1：3混合搅匀，放置20分钟，待用；
2，生石灰和水按1：30混合，大概就是1/4 tsp生石灰和1/4cup水，搅匀，静置，待用；
3，将米浆倒入锅中，用中火熬，一定要不停地搅拌，这是最累的部分；
4，当米浆中有块状物出现时，倒入20ml石灰水，多点少点没关系，是静置后澄清的石
灰水，不要将石灰也倒进去了；
5，继续搅拌，直到米浆很粘，象浆糊一样了，倒入容器中，冷却数小时后，即可。
怎么切，怎么拌，你们都知道了。提醒一句：姜蒜水不要忘了哦。 |
