first, bone marrow aspiration is not routine in lymphoma (the common types,

了宝宝才会好。不过孕后期得的人多些，MM也许不会这么倒霉。
我是38周2天确诊得了PUPPP（pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of
pregnancy）妊娠瘙痒性荨麻疹性丘疹及斑块。原因是胎毒引起的。先发现大腿两侧和
肚子下起了一个个然后连成一片片的红疹，奇痒。然后除了脸不长以外全身都成片长红
。每8-12个小时反复一次。
我用Sarna Lotion或者grandpa's pine tar soap都不怎么控制得了，不得不吃医生开
的Prednisone和ZYRTEC，医生说孕后期对孩子没有什么影响。我忍着吃医生开药的一半
量吃，今天39周了，比前两天好多了，不过还得一天吃一次药。
我已经联系好39周4天催产。 |

我怀孕最后一个月从肚皮开始发疹子，整个肚皮红的发紫，像熟透了的桃子。奇痒。
医生说是Puritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy(or PUPPS for
short),由体内激素失衡引起的，让熬着。
我一个朋友孕中期得过，说她喝了两个星期的绿豆煮水，疹子就都退了。而且她的女儿
出生后皮肤什么毛病都没有。
我立即开始喝。天天喝。金银花煮水我也喝过，但凉性太大，我一喝就拉肚子（我现在
喝就没问题）。
差不多快三周，疹子终于退了。绿豆水我一直喝到生。
我想，喝了一个月的绿豆煮水，也算清胎毒了吧。
结果，我女儿从满月开始，严重湿疹，一直到现在13个半月了，还没有好转的迹象。
她属于过敏体质，对一堆食物过敏。
孕期我各种食物都有吃。但是辛辣的东西我吃的很少。
我和我老公都没有任何过敏或皮肤问题。
我女儿湿疹之后，我才知道，我婆婆是严重的过敏体质。她小时候严重湿疹。儿童时期
开始哮喘，哮喘了一辈子。
我老公的表弟，小时候也是湿疹很重。据说一直到十几岁才敢吃鸡肉牛肉。
我只能说，基因的力量是强大的。

兴奋，因为屋子中间的鱼缸里居然有乌龟！娃乌龟乌龟叫个不停，直到护士来把我们带
进去。exam room非常不一样，小小的屋子，一半的空间都被一个超级大的bean bag占
了，感觉和一张queen size的床差不多大，然后靠着墙放着大大小小十几二十几个毛绒
动物，还有一个小电视悬挂着，在放cars，我本来很怕娃会大嚎的，看到这个房间之后
我放心了，娃开始还有点腼腆，没一会儿就爬到了bean bag上左躺右躺，对着护士阿姨
抛媚眼。护士问了我娃的习惯，比如饮食，刷牙，喝不喝juice，用不用pacifier或者
其他sucking的习惯之类的。然后就是牙医来了，牙医检查的时候要求娃面对我坐着，
然后仰面放倒，把头放在坐我对面的牙医膝盖上，牙医迅速看了一圈，然后涂了一层氟
就好了，过程很快，娃就对被按倒很不满意嚎了几下就完了,整个过程都比我想象的要

的痒，有的地方会有疹子和小疙瘩。特别是晚上睡觉时候痒，会痒醒，很不舒服。因为
控制不住，会去抓，很多地方抓破了，真是越痒越抓，越抓越痒。已经用了cetaphil的
fragrance free lotion，穿全棉的衣服，不用太热的水洗澡，房间用加湿器，可是效
果不佳，影响睡眠质量，心情也很烦燥。
在网上查了，貌似是多型性妊娠症(Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of
Pregnancy，简称PUPPP。我担心的是自己是不是得了妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症，虽然发病
率不高，可是危害严重，“最大的危害是发生难以预测的胎儿突然死亡”。好在看症状
是“瘙痒一般先从手掌和脚掌开始，然后逐渐向肢体近端延伸。我目前为止手掌和脚掌
还没有痒过。
请教版上的妈妈们有相同经历吗？有什么方法可以缓解？需要看医生吗？这个会自己好
转吗？看过医生的妈妈们能分享怎么治疗的吗？谢谢！ |
