写了个小东西，如果斑竹觉得有地域贴嫌疑，删了也没事。
从洋浦开发失利后，海南岛作为最大的特区，其发展却非常波折。如果横向看，目前的
海南岛，已经远远落后于内地沿海地区，除了房价。海南农家的贫困，更是非常令人痛
心的。从纵向看，海南岛特区开发20年，肥了外省人公务员队伍，肥了来淘金的房地产
商，但是海南本地人民却没有多大受益。很多县市，比如中部的白沙、保亭等县市，城
镇面貌没多大起色，人民收入水平扣除通胀后增长幅度也很有限。我相信很多来海南谋
生的普通外省人，他们错过了内地沿海2001年开始的一轮波澜壮阔的发展，内心估计也
很后悔的。我们要问，海南20年特区建设，却越来越落后于内地沿海地区，责任在谁？
有些不怀好意的外省人把责任归结到海南人民的教育水平低上。这个看法是错误的。我
们可以看看江苏的情况。我90年代中期离开海南后，便一直学习、工作、 |

发帖数: 1125 | 13 要证明相互作用的话，用Pure protein做directly pull-down就可以了。在一个蛋白上
弄个His或
者GST tag。但这个和IP一样受限于binding affinity。
荧光和EPR是很好的选择，但这两个方法的缺点就是要标记荧光基团或者是Spin-label
基团。通常
最安全的是Cys标记，这样你最好要有Cys-less蛋白。当然你也可以用GFP之类的做。
FRET和EPR最
大的优点还有一个就是可以Mapping binding sites。
ITC, Light scatter, Surface plasmon resonance也可以，都不需要标记蛋白。
说实话，找Binding site有时候会很简单，有时候会很让人沮丧的。 |

袁荃做的是还不错，但不意味武大化学系就有多好了。
举例来说，即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比，也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。
首先补充一点：袁荃的老公叫廖蕾，也是武大物理系新招的楚天特聘教授，可以作为很好的对照体系。

下的学生彻底撒手不管了。纠结再三，决定赶紧毕业走人。做的方向是plasmonic/
metallic nanoparticle synthesis & characterization(Focused on surface
enhanced Raman spectroscopy, some electrodynamic simulation involved).(抱歉
，中文写实在不太顺畅)遗憾目前只有一作一篇发表，co-author三篇，还有三四篇一作
和若干coauthor在写，由于老板基本不再花心思在我身上了，所以剩下的文章不知道何
年何月才能发表，现在文章送到老板手上基本就死翘翘了。断断续续找了两三个月，比
较气馁，感觉大部分工作都是和高分子，有机或者生化方向的。
目前主要是在linkedin 和 campus career fair 上找，合适的空缺非常少。说到
network，认识的人不少，和我做类似方向的不多，所以也无从network起。mitbbs向来
