已有8年时间。
博士的研究从事于graphene(quantum transport,detector,Raman, plasmonic etc),
spintronics( spin injection,detection, spin hall effect etc)研究.博后目前从
事于topologic insulator( Bi2Se3/Bi2Te3),valleytronics( TMDc 2D 材料，2D
heterostructure), Black phosphorus等方面研究。
楼主已有8次审稿（ACS，RCS,AIP,ELSEVIER 等期刊），一般7天之内给出审稿意见。从
来没有直接拒掉文章（博士老板的影响），总是提出自己的意见和建议，给别人一个修
改的机会。

实验技能精通NSOM, confocal microscopy,各种光谱分析比如Raman spectroscopy
动手能力还可以，自己亲手搭过NSOM，调光路啊什么的也行。
理论能力一般，一般用Rsoft的软件做做FDTD模拟。
大家给建议一下我该找什么样的工作啊？或者我还需要往哪些方面加强一下？

well you may wanna try some national labs
I think plasmonics/nano optics has been bullshiting for too long, good for
publishing paper, not good for industry, (well this may be wrong)
for industry, they are very practical, they need traditional optics,:
optical design (using zemax, code V), or optical testing, or illuminatoion
design ( FRED light tools ) or optical mechanical design ( pro E or
other mechanical software)

的确plasmonics现在过热了,不过这也造成现在一些比较好得组挑博士后要求很高,
postdoc也不好找阿.我是三流学校毕业,被人挑来挑去的,完全是买方市场.
这样看来找工作也不是什么好选择.挺难过的.真后悔当初的选择.可惜这世界上没有后
悔药吃 |

when u try to get a job
since you are alreadu very well trained in optics system setup, u need to
look for other oppotunities
you can alwyas goto optics science center in arizona , look into their
employeement section, to see if there is any oppotunity inside arizona or
outside. the employeement section there is very good
