一般virus感染有前驱症状，比如乏力，头痛，肌肉酸痛 （call flu-like symptom)
一般virus感染的发烧要比细菌感染要低些，甚至没有发烧
一般细菌感染，扁桃体上会有分泌物，所以医生可以做strep antigen test,或咽拭培养
一般细菌感染白细胞会高，virus感染可能会底，但不绝对
一般细菌感染痰的颜色会是黄绿色，还会铁锈色（比如Strep pneumonia)
细菌感染肺炎，如果是支原体，衣原体感染引起的非典型性肺炎，临床表现不明显 （
so called walking pneumonia)，但胸片可以看出来。其他的细菌感染，肺部听诊可能
有罗音，羊鸣音啥的，也要拍片。
一般的common flu (不是SARS的那个virus) 要比细菌感染轻些。
有些年纪大的病人，得了flu之后，会接着感染金黄色葡萄球菌，要当心。 |

several weeks ago but he thought that was just caused by a cold. But later
on his friend finally found him dying and sent him to the hospital. The

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。

can't be grouped with them. do you really have an idea of what an
infectious disease is? do you know canada now is panic about this

目前还只是一种关联分析，携带这个基因(NDM-1)的细菌（Gram-negative
Enterobacteriaceae，包括大肠杆菌，Klebsiella pneumoniae）跟多种抗性有很大关
联。但是这个基因本身只编码对于beta-lactam（一种抗生素）抗性有关的蛋白。对于
另外的抗生素该基因应该不起作用。也就是说多种抗性中的一种抗性来源于该基因，至
于其他抗性应该来源于细菌本身其他抗性基因。这种关联分析就像我们说韩国人多半眯
缝眼，但是不是眯缝眼造就了韩国人一样。
比较吓人的是这种基因可以在一种可转移性的DNA中存在，于是从一种细菌转到另外一
种细菌。这篇文章证实了这种转移的可能性，但是遗憾的是没有报道转移后是不是让另
外的细菌有了多种抗生素抗性。
稍微能安心的是毕竟还是有两种抗生素对这种多抗细菌有效，tigecycline和colistin
。所以临床上最重要的是诊断，然后对症下药。至于今后这两种救命抗生素能否继续有
效就只能祈求上苍帮忙了。

每种病都来个专门的名词，什么hepatitis，pneumonia，tuberculosis
光看名字，一点都不make sense
哪里有中文肝炎，肺炎，肺结核来的明了
至少一看这几个汉字组合，就知道这是和某个器官有关的某种疾病
从而对阅读理解就不会造成什么妨碍了
记得有个码工琐男把英语比作面向过程语言，把中文比作面向对象语言，
说中文通过继承，使得对于对象的描述非常有效率
英文的各个单词短语之间的继承性实在是太差了
结果就是搞出几十万个英文单词来
而中文，因为汉字间的的继承和组合，几千个汉字就能完美地描述这个世界
我中华先人的智慧，实在是值得我们琐男骄傲 |

of the records. In addition, when medical records list reason of death as "
disease of respiratory system", it doesn't say how the patient contracted
that disease in the first place. It could very well be the result of that
patient was deliberately left outside to freeze during winter night and
contracted pneumonia, or it could be the patient contracted tuberculosis
from some source. |

of it will have an effect. You keep demand highly alive, more ppl will take
the risk. You don't wait for a cold becoming deadly pneumonia before trying

在具体谈到这个主题之前，或许有必要讨论一下仇恨这个问题。我是能理解人类的仇恨
。这世界有三种力量可以支持一个人承受所不能忍受的折磨。一种是爱的力量，一种是
恨的力量，一种是信仰的力量。
即使象我这种看破红尘之人，在他们24小时折磨之下，我心中也会不时泛起恨意。所以
，我是能理解人类的那份绝望，特别是看到你的亲人被无辜地夺取生命，你的家园被毁
，你的同族被屠杀的时候。
所以，如果一个印第安人，因为自己的种族被白人完全地屠杀而走向复仇之路，我完全
可以理解。那么日本人因为被原子弹摧毁，战败而走向复仇之路，这种感情，我也是可
以理解。可以理解，不等于说我会和这种仇恨的力量和解而纵容它，让它危害人类。
多数人的感情，不管爱也好，恨也好，都是和自己命运相连，而不能把自己的遭遇放在

pneumonia 然后sepsis，MODS什么的。这个医院疏忽的可能性很大。比如一开始没有做
