If no rales or ronchi can be heard by stethoscope, then in general,
pneumonia is less likely.
But sometimes chest X-ray is lagging behind,所以如果clinical situation is
deteriorating, then need to go to ER right away.
Infection and inflammation r two different things.
In general asthma is considered to be a chronic inflammatory disease which
can be triggered by viral or bacterial infection in the airway. |

pneumonia.
一堆人啊，怎么就把中耳炎给露掉了。你的帖子里也始终没有提抓耳朵。你家宝宝太悲
惨了，发热，抠耳朵，sick contact,耳朵红，竟然一堆人没有看出来，俺也confuse到
底是他们技术看的不对还是耳朵感染一开始不明显。还是那样啊，没有clinical sign
支持，美国这里就是一开始不上抗生素的。
俺现在已经把儿科门诊砍掉了，俺兴趣不在儿科上，而且俺以前说过儿科病人也确实难
看，体检也难做，lab 检查也难做，对待儿科病人的方式和成人有很大不同。俺以后只
看成人，而且一周只看一天门诊。天天这里问湿疹的一大堆，俺平时看个病人要半小时
到一小时，这里贴子里就那几句话，俺真的不敢发言啊。人命关天，不说不要紧。说错
了那就是害人了。 |

first line treatment for otitis media, but use azithromycin,就表明医生想治疗
中耳炎和possible pneumonia which can cause wheezing.
楼主的医生俺觉得俺都没有资格评论他们的好坏是不是庸医。而你好牛啊，有资格评论
别人的医生的好坏。
俺想说要谨言慎行，不要因为网上说话可以不着边际，一上来就乱给建议。比如这个版
给湿疹的建议的人太多了，俺真的想说一句：湿疹病人真的要好好follow up ur own
doctor,这里得到的建议别急着用，先问问你们娃娃的医生。医学问题和一般生活问题
不一样，一般来说医学职业医疗实践版的医生都是不会轻易在网上给建议的。 |

习，多攒攒经验，好好给人看病，别在给人看病间隙还抽空教训一下网上的人，另外,

唯一建议是停止使用tyleno,改用advil的infants'drops，若不烧，不给宝宝advil。同

东西出来一样，咳之前有点喘。过了几天，变成干咳，好一天坏一天。都是从中午开始
咳，咳到晚上睡觉。睡觉的时候不咳。

发帖数: 3080 | 41 从圣诞节以来一直哮喘加咳嗽，粘白痰。除普通感冒药外，用了国内带来的舒利迭和氨
茶碱后（其实已经过期），加阿莫西林等治疗呼吸道炎症的抗生素，还有Mucinex
Expectant等OTC的药。哮喘好多了，本来以为可以扛得住，可两个月后还在咳,感觉喉
咙和耳朵不时有让人痒痒的粘液（特别是在气温下降或进食之后），很难Clear，干咳
厉害的时候会呕吐。哮喘虽然好多了，但有时胸部还有轻微的呼噜音。怀疑有咽炎。
新的健康保险二月份才生效，加上自己一开始觉得感冒而已问题不是很严重，就没及时
找PCP就医。现在找PCP发现BCBSIL网站上PCP（Family Practice/Internal Medicine)
的好多信息都是错误或过时的，学历背景和Review比较好的中年医生都不收新病人（虽
然网站上说收）。不想找印度医生。
希望哪位能推荐在Advocate Health Care Illinois network之内质量比较高的家庭医
生，对Asthma/Bronchitis/Pneumonia比较在行，在西郊/西北郊/北郊有诊所的。
