if it's mycoplasma pneumoniae you are talking about, the diagnostic tests
are a bit confusing, since it grows very slow in culture so culture doesn't
really help,
you could do a cold aggultinin test which takes minutes only, but it's not
very specific; other serology testings such as IgM might be negative at
early phase so might not be too helpful,
if you do a sputum antigen immunoassay, might take a couple days to get the
result back, |

differentiate pneumonia from lung mass,
if they diagnosed him with TB infection based on CT scan alone, they

you will need positive sputum culture, preferrably obtained from bronchial

cough, she should choose a pulmonary medicine specialist. actinomyces is
often found in sputum samples incidentally. if infecting the lung, it causes
abscess rather than pneumonia. it is important to know that actinomyces
does NOT cause pathogenic infection without the aid of other bacteria.
actinomyces infection is quite rare except for periodontal infection. |

more likely he has a pneumonia caused by mycoplasma, chlamydia, certain
viruses or some less common bacteria. the tests are available in China, but
the doctors must think about them first. well, it's not very common in kids
so young, but you can see one or two such patients every a few weeks. |

其他医生那边也慎重。推荐的LAPATINIB有临床数据支持么，什么数据？还是死马当活
马医？统计上有肿瘤标志物浓度、肿瘤大小、存活时间、无病存活时间等很多衡量方法
。前三个对病患的切身意义有限。它们之间不一定正相关。有些药就是能证明缩小肿瘤
但对存活无改善而被废弃的。
另外，ICU不是无菌室，插管子有感染的风险。像hospital-acquired pneumonia啊败血
症啊，多插一天概率越大，这个也要考虑。。。 |

尿检发现还有抗药性强的细菌（Klebsialla pneumonia），诊断为膀胱炎，医生于是开
了另外一种叫Bactrim的抗生素，取药回来发现上面明确标注孕妇不能用。于是没有口
服，问医生为什么开处方的时候跟我说是安全的。医生强调说虽然我的尿道感染没有表
现出症状，但是可能发展成肾炎，那样对宝宝和我的健康都有威胁。衡量利弊以后，她
还是认为应该给我用这种抗生素。在我的再三质疑下，医生给我换成注射另外一种抗生
素，而且又说这种注射抗生素是安全的。我现在很混淆，不知道药物对宝宝发育会有什
么影响，如果不治疗有可能也会对宝宝有影响。初怀宝宝，有碰到这样的状况，真不知
道怎么办好。如果宝宝因为我吃药而又问题，我觉得对不起她（他）一生。
版上经验丰富的人多，不知道有没有姐妹遇到像我这样的问题。医生把不治疗的后果说

是害死人啊。
首先，貌似国外没有肋骨外翻这一概念，根本查不出“肋骨外翻”对应的英文。
其次，俺在baidu百科“肋骨”一词上看到这么一个说法，“1、如果你发育未完成的话
：孩子的肋骨外翻是由于大多数孩子的肚子都较大，加之肋骨偏软，张力的关系，久之
就会出现肋骨外翻的症状。随着孩子的生长，胸廓展开后症状即会消失。微量原素在正
常水平的低线，应从饮食上继续补充为宜，并多到户外活动，接受阳光的照射，促进钙
的吸收。” 俺觉得这话比较靠谱。
另外，前几天我带娃checkup的时候问过儿医，他说如果缺钙，肋骨的表现应该是可以
在肋骨上发现小的bump，单纯肋骨明显不代表缺钙。

打电话问过医生,说让观察给tylenol，没让去看，不过那是刚开始烧的时候。这两天还
