digestive tract. But in general, it is a cross reaction, which means that
some antigens in our cells somehow similar to the stuff we are exposed to
like pollen, proteins, etc, our body of course will fight against those
exterior stuff, but because the similarity, unfortunately, those self cells
are attacked too.

and does not respond to regular medicine (decongestant, antihistamine or
steroid).
Commonly tested sources include: pet dander, dist mite, tree/grass pollen,

打针的事慢慢联系allergist：您正严重过敏，可能现在不适合打针。就是打，等生效
这个花粉季也过去不少了。
短期先吃药抗着，各种OTC不行看医生换药，甚至几个一起上。最后上bendaryl，如果
你能那抗副作用。同时家里弄个air cleaner每天开24小时，neti pot洗鼻子，多洗澡
少出门，出门戴pollen mask。

* histamine
* cat
* dog
* feathers
* grasses (bermuda)
* molds (alternaria)
* trees (elm mix, birch)
* dust
* pollen
主要症状就是从鼻子堵塞开始，咽喉肿痛，睡觉不好，全身疲劳，办公室里全身感觉冷
，脚特别冷，常年感冒症状。上个冬季几乎一直是感冒症状，最后是忍的收不了，看了
PCP医生，给同时开了抗生素+flonase喷鼻子药，发现过去7，8年来从来没有那么舒服
过，听了喷鼻子药第二天有回到的状态对比，才明白了是严重过敏。现在喷flonase效
果很好。
5年前去找了当时PCP推荐，看的同一个过敏医，当时测试结果仅仅是花粉过敏。开了要
nasonex不顶用。后来去找个ENT医生，说是鼻子气流不畅，最终折腾一下，做了鼻腔通
气手术，手术之前的医生说法基本上手术一做，基本上把鼻子阻塞问题能根治。做得创
伤似乎很严重，鼻子血不拉及，在家里忍了三天之后才稍微好。结果发现没有多大提高。

Allergy is a pathological response to harmless pollen/food/other stuff. this
process is driven by a TH2-mediated immune response. there is another
response called TH1-mediated immune response, which fights against bacteria
and viruses. they down regulate each other. In china, people need to fight
more bacteria and viruses, so people have strong TH1 pathway and weak TH2.
In US, the environment is cleaner, so the immune system is hyper in TH2
pathway. |

it works very well. but the filter needs to be replaced every 1 to 2 months.
I didn't care much about the germkiller before until I have pollen allergies
and start to be careful about the germs as well. |

any medicine with decongestion will be category C for pregnant women,so be
careful to use it.
I decide not use these medicines.
Close all the windows, use air purifier, change clothes. Avoid outdoor
activity in the morning and evening?
I hope my baby wont' have allergy problem but it's almost impossible to
avoid it. |

非常值。如果实在追求性价比，Honeywell经常有deal，我把它排除了是因为型号太多
不好挑，而且噪音大（air-purifier-power评论里说这个牌子的motor技术老旧）。
Winix 5500的主要卖点是CADR值在$200以内找不到对手，很安静。即使开到最大，噪音
也是适合婴儿的白噪音。以下数据和评论供参考：

allergy的办法，其他药物不过是控制症状而已。
但是要打很多针，一个疗程起码5年。而且效果因人而异，有人能完全治好，有人只能
适当减轻，而且停止疗程以后可能反弹。
你google一下allergy shot自己决定吧。 |

the substances in Home Depot (we went to Home Depot several times) / pollen
/ walnut.
During that time, they didn't use soap during shower, except for Cetaphil
moisturizing soap in the genital area. Immediately after shower I put
Cetaphil cream on them. It seems to work.

另外如果你娃不打 flu shot 也不太感冒，体质好，您可以偷着乐。。。
不过可能还跟地区有关，俺们这加州鱼龙混杂外加 pollen 漫天飞。如果
是红脖德州空气没水分，可能真不需要 flu shot。。。我们这里打了 flu
shot 还每月感冒两三次。。。 |

题，就是肠胃不舒服，吃了饭之后有时候能闻到比较大的口气，到了晚上睡觉的时候，
总是不停地下意识的咽下口水和气，导致肚子里鼓鼓的都是气，晚上要起来尿两次需要
人陪着，半夜有时候需要给他背部按摩然后他放屁或者打饱嗝才能再次睡，想训练他睡
觉因为有老人在总是很难进行（她们总是要和他同床有时候还要抱着睡）。想在版上请
教这样才能解决这个问题，这个小镇的儿童医生技术真不行，不是喷雾就是说给便秘的
药，我想问问是不是国内有些比较好的草药或者中药（以前有人跟我说过有一种象红薯
类的植物研成粉末但是我就是记不起来是哪种），有类似经历的XDJM们支支招。谢谢。 |

很严重，大半夜醒啦咳半个小时到一个小时，早上也咳醒，严重影响日常生活。医生说
是因为他今年冬天得过一次肺炎，所以肺比较sensitive, 所以今年过敏反应严重。吃
