看ingredients：
olive oil
bees wax
honey
bee pollen
royal jelly
bee propolis
最主要的无非前两种：olive oil是非常普通的护肤品载体。也有用jojoba oil或者
sweet
almond的，效果都是差不多。beewax是保持护肤品成固态的一种添加剂。这两种成分，
很多唇膏里
面都有。其他几种”微量成分“，也别太相信它能够完成什么大任务。毕竟这个东西就
那么一个关键
词”保湿“。
说到底，它作为晚霜的好处是，能够长久停留在脸上保持水分不流失，长到你早晨醒来
的时候，刚好
完全吸收。
当然作为晚霜，它肯定不比很多大牌差：大牌还怕你对一脸油光产生反感。但是30多块
的价格，伴随
着那样的smell，是不是可爱，要看你的benchmark了。
差不多价格的，又同样是organic，成分也差不多，味道更好闻的，我推荐一个。

而且是pollen sterile，你最起码要再种两棵板栗树，才能所有树都有收成。
最简单的办法是等树活了，拿起嫁接到嫁接另外两个品种。
我卖树的时候，grower说colossal最终会死的，至于活多少年，我没有问。

貌似这两种成分确实就是advair的成分（但是advair我也是第一次听说）

发帖数: 210 | 37 1. 找医生开些药，口服的，喷鼻的，处方，非处方，每个试一段时间，哪个有效就用
哪个。不过一种药过一段时间可能效果就变差了，再换。(Claritin,Zyrtec,Allegra等
, Costco有同成分的学名药) 每次不要等症状严重了再服药，只要有一点儿不舒服就抓
紧服，效果会好一些。
2. 如果药都不好使了，就去个好点儿的医院查过敏源(Allergy Test)，一般是脱光膀
子，在后背用不同的过敏源扎几排针眼儿（不疼），然后观察哪些有反应。
3. 查出罪魁祸首后，每周去打针，根据过敏源不同打的针也不同，一般坚持隔一两年
后，症状会好很多，也有人自称治愈的。这个费时费钱，要做好打持久战的准备。如果
运气不好，打针遇到平台期，有起色可又不全好，就比较烦...
4. 如果对花粉之类的过敏，可以在家里公司摆几个过滤器https://www.amazon.com/
gp/product/B002KMILVG/)，一直开着，会管些用，至少睡觉踏实。过滤器要勤换，车
里的风扇过滤网(cabin air filter)也没事儿就换换。别舍不得，自己难受。如果对螨
虫过敏，就花钱换枕套被套。

况。
阿呆也是有过敏问题，好在只是季节性的，对weed pollen过敏。而且也不是特别严重
。金毛和lab很多都有过敏问题，基本上就是体质特别容易过敏。
我自己的一些tip，看看能不能帮到你。
家里空调的filter和吸尘器的filter全换成HEPA filter。勤吸地。
每次从外面回来，用湿毛巾擦全身。
洗澡后要用condition，有专门针对过敏的。只洗澡的话，皮肤很容易干燥，变的更敏
感，会加重过敏。
vet best的茶树油泡沫喷剂，这个止痒效果好，但是有安全隐患的争论。因为茶树油如
果狗狗吃掉会中毒，外用没关系。用的时候一定要小心慎重，一直盯着，不能让狗舔到
。如果发现很爱舔，就别继续用了。阿呆不舔，所以我还比较放心。但每次给他用还是
会一直盯着，直到完全干了。这个比较好的是，完全植物原料，不含激素。
多带出去运动，消耗能量。不要因为过敏就不去草地上玩耍。狗狗无聊了，就会喜欢舔
痒痒的地方。多累一点，就比较不容易注意到身上痒痒，直接睡觉了。
