6 years ago. after trying the apple cider vinegar one week(two times a day,
after meal), I started feeling much better and then I didn't need to drink
on regular basis.
I did the allergy test two years ago and the specialist didn't recommend me
to use the shots. Even myself decided not to have shots, too many shots and
two many visits and it is not guaranteed to work either.

一直以为自己是花粉过敏, 鼻子堵，打喷嚏，难受.

我对NJ很多pollen过敏，不过估计最大的过敏源是oak
开始一礼拜打一次到2次，后来2礼拜打一次，然后一个月打一次。历时大概3年吧。
各保险公司不同，copay的问题不能回答你。。。
我在公司自己的医疗保健中心打，完全不要给钱，只要找allergist 把那些serum配好
，拿到公司保健中心即可。serum也要看你的保险，有的保险cover 100%,有的80%。 |

我坚持每天喝蜂蜜水，今天再泡上红枣，感觉好了那么一点点，而且戒掉海鲜之类容易
发的食物，至少眼角不痒了，鼻涕还是一把一把的， 反正是一阵一阵的，每天都度日

吃蜂蜜这个最扯。
在NJ最厉害的pollen是oak的，oak是裸子植物不开花的。
所以寄希望吃蜂蜜脱敏是没用的。
洗鼻子这么多次，很难想象鼻腔粘膜不会遭到伤害。
其实真正有用的缓解，就是那一针可的松，或者那两片药
看看有用吗？
个人只用过 4。。。没啥效果。
其他看看还行，盐水洗鼻子有点。。。

6年前我突然过敏了,开始第一年不严重不用吃药.第2年不吃药会死那种,
喉咙很疼,眼珠子想扣下来,耳朵有无数虫子爬的感觉,头晕,无力,心情烦躁.
我过敏已经有6年了试过无数的方法,有几个还凑合.
1 从冬天就开始吃亚麻子粉冲水,每天一勺.春天可以缓解过敏,不知何故,网上看的.
2做HOT YOGA,可以缓解.
3盐水洗鼻子,每天2次,不过敏的时候也洗,过敏严重的时候一天5次,
晚上睡觉基本没问题,嗅觉优点退化,缓解的很好.医生推荐的.

they are supposed to relive the symptoms, rather than curing allergy...
most people will get over pollen allergy in a few weeks - based on personal
experiences, not a medical perspective... |

蜂蜜抗过敏是要整年吃产生类似免疫的，临时抱佛脚完全不管用。
随便买些local蜂蜜整年吃吧，过两年也许能看出效果。今年还是过敏药吧。 |
