可是如果采取高税收， 搞福利政策， 现在的差距会缩小，到， 比如说：
穷人 15， 富人 150， 就是还是10 倍。
可是穷人收入少了 （20－>15） 当然富人的收入更少了 （300 －> 150）
实际上这种状态穷人受到的伤害更大。10 -> 20 的生活水平可以翻倍， 10－>15只是
小幅提高。
对于富人来说， 100 －> 150 还是 100-> 300， 其实对生活没有任何影响。
很多穷人的心理是： 我宁愿自己的生活水平降低， 也不能让你赚那么多钱。 这是不
