I strongly urge a "No" vote on SCA-5. SCA-5 allows public universities to
use race in admissions decisions. In 1997 former President Bill Clinton
insisted that he wants to continue in this direction--tilting the government
's emphasis from "race-based" programs like affirmative action toward

他。这一张就是如果这个议员不给我们投反对票，我们到时候就把他的名字写到括号里
，明确我们不支持他，让他以后失去政治前途。我们直接把Racism写上去，许多老美一
看马丁路德金和Racism，应该就愿意来支持我们。老公还耐心地辅导了六岁的儿子画了
几只彩色的猴子。儿童画因为毕竟可爱希望能抓到眼球，让别人愿意过来了解，到底是
怎么回事儿呀。
儿子听说要画猴子，十分不解问:“爸爸,这是干什么呀？”
我答道:“爸爸在为你而战呀！”
儿子问：“啊，要流血吗？”
我再解释说：“这是一场不流血的战争。这样你们以后才不会被别人因为你是亚裔才欺
负你呀。”
不知道儿子懂不懂，但是我知道“前人栽树，后人乘凉”。要不是马丁。路德金几十年
前的奋斗，黑人和白人现在可能还只能在不同的水龙头喝水，美国更不会有第一位黑人
总统。
晚上老公又连夜写好了给所有加州亚裔参议员的信。

1) Chile quake is not in a heavily populated zone. There’s plenty of
infrastructure (eg photos of mangled roads) but luckily the big population
areas got the shakes, not the collapses.
2) Building standards in Chile are much higher, not only because of
supposed wealth differences but also precisely because it’s in an
earthquake zone. Same applies to Peru, western Argentina etc. Those areas
are poorer than “up and coming” Chile and care just as much about building
standards.

It means leaving the country to so called 'free market', which means rich is
getting richer, poor is getting poorer.
Chinese one party ruling could go extreme depends on ruler's policy, it can
be pretty good if policy direction is right (80s - current), or can be very
bad if policy is set wrong (big leap, cultural revolution).

朋友拿到钱后，准备2M买地，1M盖房，两年后5M卖房，现在苦于买不到合适的地，因为地抢得太凶了。
Googler我熟悉的一共两个，一个老年程序员，全部package二十几万，一个老年
engineer manager，全部package三十几万，而且老婆（老公）都在IT工作，两家都没学区
房，都是刚需，现在居住条件都不理想（咱中国人有多少钱也舍不得每月花5000租房子
），都有能力撑1.5M。

首先到市政厅去领取marriage license.
google“marriage license seattle”就能找到政府网站，里面有各个市政厅的地址和
营业时间。
偶去的素King courty（金郡）在seattle downtown的办公厅，嗯，地址似乎素500 4th
st...
两个人必须都去（双方在场），持有效photo id（偶用的驾照，他用的护照，但签证官
看的似乎素他的米国签证），在license office，排队
到了以后交id验明正身，领表（表上居然还把偶名字打错了...让他又打了一份，这些
官员大概对汉语拼音有障碍...- -b），交64刀现金（居然连支票都不收，也不能划卡
）.
填表，大概就是自己的状况，年龄，籍贯，single or married...
签字交表，办事官员大概看看表上填的内容，差不多，就让两个人举起手，发誓表上的
都是真实无误的。

One of the poorer doctors I have used. He just did not listen, knew very
little about medications (he failed to prescribe the needles that are
necessary to take an injectable, and frequently screwed up dosing
instructions that would have left me very short on medication if I hadn't
caught his many errors).
The staff are generally decent and friendly, but they're not the ones
charging 200 bucks for 10 pointless minutes. Seriously, seek a better doctor

Beck和Warriner现在在osu run的offense是十年前Kansas的那套系统几乎一模一样。当
时kansas还有个比JT会传球的todd reesing？07年打了个12-1。 他们的哲学是小p孩qb
也好defense也好都不会完全读懂进攻，所以他们可以在box里面看清楚防守的布阵然后
最后一刻通知场上的qb变阵让防守措手不及。说白了就是qb只是个完全执行的工具不能
有自己临场的阅读。在第一年取得巨大成功，kansas从一菜队一摇变成橘子碗冠军击败
VT。结果接下来各个dc（还是big12的）陆续figure out了他们这个战法然后qb还是
reesing jayhawks从12-1直接变成了8-5然后5-7………悲剧吧。现在这两还在run这套

Gebrselassie when he was a child? Not so sure. I suspect that Haile was poorer. |

last weekend. They are much poorer than I am and can't afford even moderate
gears. In China, people who can afford expensive gears can't climb and they

Mumbai, works 4 hours a day to make money, lives with his mom and a 10 yr old brother. His mother
doesn't speak English. Their home is the size of a small studio in the US. The hygiene condition is poor,
and I had to secretly take a cipro pill after the dinner. The kid is brilliant, comparable to the very best

球 >12米(小球)， >9米(大球)，卧推 76 kg。
Now, probably I am better at 卧推 but poorer at everything else listed above.
