proportional to the stock market, but not always true.
Anyway, I don't believe the rate will continuously hike in the near future.
Maybe there is still a chance to do a 4.75% 30 yrs or 4.125% 15 yrs
refinance.

1.宝宝体重赶紧涨上来，不仅可以避免failure to survival，而且宝宝体重到一定以
后，就可以渐渐过渡到晚上睡整觉了
2.宝宝多吸，可以帮助你产奶啊。。你奶量上来了，这是多么幸福的一件事情啊
3.月子里面辛苦还是好的，反正在家呢。。后面6周上班了，那才叫个可怕呢
我觉得月子里面宝宝的两次growing spurt最可怕，第一次奶量不够。。得叫她使劲吸
。。。然后还得给她冲奶粉之后。。。都不够时间的
但是很快宝宝的作息就regular了，没3个小时准醒，吃完也准睡，就越来越preditable

hehe, even if China's housing price cut in half from today, my total return
will out beat the CD yield/bond yield or whatever similar risk profile
investment many times over.
and secondly, there were time and time again many "smart" ppl so sure about
house price too high, prediting it will crash, and time and time again they
were wrong. they saw their "smart" money dwindle to almost nothing. |

analyze your own forecast result first and then make a more useful
information from there..
otherwise, it make little sense to list thousands of preditions everyday
you could simply make it easier to read like a rating for bullish or bearish
if your two set of predictions are for different frequency trading, you
could still market short time and long time rating.

My PD is Sept /10/2010 in EB 2 India.
I opted for CP in my I 140 to keep options open. I received visa fee notice
from NVC yesterday. I am filing for 3 dependants, spouse and children.
With the current trend of movement quite encouraging I am in a dilemma
wheather to go for CP or wait to become current for AOS. I am weighing pros
and cons. Can any one suggest.
The dilemma is the question about retrogression and stalling of dates in
