这个治疗的问题是实际不能根治所有癌细胞，可以让癌块变小，想光靠这个把所有癌细
胞都弄死，不行。还有，光的透射能力有限，大约只有1/3英寸，于是大肿瘤不行。还
有，需要在一个医生可以把光照到的位置。对于肺癌来说就是主气管，大支气管内肺癌
，支气管镜可以把光导纤维弄到那里，肿瘤也不能太大。
你母亲是T2，I presume不是小细胞肺癌，因为小细胞肺癌不用这种分级体系，对吗？
对于非小细胞肺癌来说，T2, I presume瘤体直径大于3CM，小于7cm，是吗？还有，不
能手术的原因是接近大血管，不是接近肺门，对不对？最重要的，这个疗法不是代替手
术，而是对某种很独特的肿瘤，in terms of position, size and staging，用来缩小
