昨天晚上又收到Globalfoundries（East Fishkill， NY）的Principal Engineer的
offer，这让我感到非常困惑。因为我一直在日本，说白了，对这两个公司都不太了解
，尤其是Globalfoundries。非常希望在美国的各位XDJM能帮忙分析分析。我主要想知
道以下几点：
1. 在美国Globalfoundries到底算是什么样档次的公司？虽然我在业内，但是一直在高
校，除了Intel，IBM觉得是真的大牛外，其他公司没啥特别的感觉。
2. Principal Engineer是什么样档次的职位？我现在博士毕业3年，以前曾经在工业界
工作过一年多。他们给这个职位是不是算基本上match？
3. 按照目前的状况，Globalfoundries的 Principal Engineer位置回国（比如去中芯
国际）能拿到什么样的职位？

术语轰炸得晕头转向。
比如讲到induced representation, Sternberg的书非要引入principal bundle，然后
在上头建立结构，再定义群作用，看了好几遍还是不明白principal bundle到底是怎么
一回事。
Wiki上头的解释多一些，可是还是觉得太多的术语像隔了一层雾。
物理口的群表示论书籍就比较直接一些，完全是线性代数的讲法，但是好些地方又觉得
不太严格。
请高手说说vector/principal bundle究竟在说什么东西，引入它有什么特别的好处？ |

的却 Investigator. 我土人一个, 不知二者有何不同, 就问了HR. 结果修改过的版本

有点蒙了: GSK的这俩个title, 到底是不是一样的哩? 明天要出正式offer了, 不知道
该要求要哪title的好呢?

的时候的股票vest,如果干满了4-5年会越来越高的
到了principal base不是最重要的了，65.66.67三个级别base可能每级只差个2-3万，
但是stock是大头
我记得65的 stock up to 7万左右的样子。66 stock up to 14万左右，67 飙升到 33
万了，bonus也从30%-40%-60%。。。 |

特别坚持，refi的loan amount都是按照目前的principal就近取整。像256K这么整的数
，通常就差不多取来当新的loan amount了。
由于pay off的时候现有的loan也会按天算当天的利息，所有payoff balance会比
principal balance要高，有些时候为了减少在closing时 out of pocket的钱，会把新
loan 的loan amount提高个1000到2000刀。 |

果你先refinance，然后再放进去还principal，那你的月付还是不变，虽然说实际上缩
短了你还款的总时间。如果你先放到现在的贷款计划内然后把剩下的余额做refinance
，那你的月付会要少一些。
好好计算一下这两个月付之间的差别再做决定。 |

寄check。如果你已经有了principal的account，也可以直接transfer。
3.为什么不能6个月钱cancel？
会罚款50。
4.如果不想cancel这个银行要注意什么？
每12个月内account必须要有activity。
5.如何才能login bank account？
开户5 business days左右会收到welcomekit。包括security code，
打电话通过code要到密码，即可login。 |
