来帮忙带孩子时，特别爱包饺子包包子，但是一弄馅就要切好久。有了这个宝贝以后，
真是省劲多了，切菜打肉馅也就是分分钟的事，还能和饺子面。妈妈和婆婆都特别喜欢
！她们走了以后，这个宝贝就由我全全使用了，真是每天爱它多一点。前一阵有朋友问
我这个宝贝打土豆丝好不好用，正好这几天下雨不能外出，猫在家里做了这一段用food
processor切土豆丝的视频，希望对想买food processor的姐妹有一定的参考意义。
关于用food processor切土豆丝，再多说几句。我比较喜欢用那种红皮的小土豆，炒出
来很脆很好吃，如果是普通的russet potato，用food processor切出来感觉淀粉含量
大，炒出来不会特别脆, russet potato还是手动切炒出来的效果好。

西，比如说肉末，肉末用blender打到后面会因为太稠而打不动。而且food processor
还可以切片切丝，拌较稀的面团什么的，也是非常方便的。反之，用food processor
打smoothie 的效果绝对不如blender. 我两个都爱。重点是无论买哪个，都别挑便宜的
买，功率大的好。
至于牌子

mixer/processor一体机:
Acesonic KM-110 $50
Berhringer 1002FX $89
VocoPro系列 $100
Acesonic KM-360 $350
分开的mixer + processor组合:
Mackie 402-VLZ3 ($169)+ nanoverb ($60) or Lexicon MX200 ($169)
另外一定使用要相同的话筒/音箱才能比较. 如果到别人家K歌感觉效果好, 其实不一定是别人的mixer好, 还可能是话筒/音箱好.
所以说, 如果你的配置效果出不来, 也不一定就是mixer/processor的问题, 同时有可能是话筒/音箱的问题.
只有排除了话筒和音箱的影响, 才能比较mixer/processor. |

办PMI都没办下来。先是文件交到PMI她就好几天不管不问，我们狂催她才去催PMI。PMI
倒回来要重做 appraisal，因为BOA的appraiser少画了一个厕所。appraiser拖了两天
才去，这时候离原定的close只有几天了，listing agent 把钥匙收走了，apprasier没
能进去。又过了两天processor才告诉我appraiser进不去，他们在联系listing agent
。整个过程中我不问，他们就不赶活也不吭气。
我们买的bank own的房子，每延长一次close要罚几百块，现在BOA连什么时候能办好都
说不出来。催多了processor一副死猪不怕烫的态度。打电话给processor的manager抱
怨，manager的态度更差，滔滔不绝地和我抬杠，根本不让我把话说完。我气了就说，
我是顾客，她如果不听我说我就往她上面找人说，她态度才好点。最后也没什么实际措
施，除了答应罚款BOA付，还是close遥遥无期。 |

一个 Nady SDP-20, 估计是没货了或是怎么着。而且这个替代品似乎是别人退过的。一开
始很不爽，后来发现原来这个更贵，而且效果很好，也就将错就错了。Nady
的这款 Processor 有256个PRESETS, Hall 从0-16, 平时唱歌我大概用到10, 11, 12,
ROOM的效果有时唱唱校园民谣的曲子挺合适的。其他很少用。效果非常棒。一开始我以为
大约别的Processor效果也会很好，因为NADY的REVIEW似乎也很一般般。可是直到上次排
练时被烧了之后，我才知道失去的原来是多么宝贵。试过$200的DigiTech Vocal 300, 混
浊，Behringer Vitualizer Pro 2024, HALL的效果就是一片混响；当然，Behringer的这
个Processor如同它的其它产品做的一样精美，可是效果太差，我也只有忍痛割爱了。今

分成了32 个PROCESSOR，分到每一个PROCESSOR上面的CPU POWER不足以满足要求。
我的APPLICATION是单进程的，请问number of virtual processors 是可以设定
的吗？怎样设定？

famous producers: samsung， apple，qcom，txn，nvda
apple designs processor, which is manufactured by samsung; apple's
processors are only used by itself
txn, don't know much
qcom,mainly used in smart phones
nvda, smart phones and tablets

研究了一下chopper&grinder貌似可以
也看到food processor卖的比较多，似乎功能也更多些，不知道能不能用作chop？
如果能的话买个processor应该用途更广吧！
但我看网上的视频都是用processor把蔬菜混合绞烂，都成泥状了...
麻烦用过的专家给指导一下！谢谢~ |
