2002年毕业生刘菊花硕士学位论文涉嫌抄袭事件。
据不完全统计，包括中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华社在内的多家权威媒体报道
了该事件，网络媒体对此事件的转载和传播更是不计其数。不仅如此，《中国日报》对
该事件的英文报道还将这一丑闻传遍了全世界。因此，依法对刘菊花硕士论文涉嫌抄袭
案加以查处，不仅事关刘菊花本人，而且关系到贵院、中国研究生与学位教育质量、人
文社会科学界乃至整个中国学术界在海内外的学术信誉。然而，半年多时间过去了，刘

昨天，中新社和新华社同时发文（新浪等国内媒体转载），用中英双语宣布ABC公开道歉
并且称Kid's Table将被取消
今天再到google上一搜，标题还在，但是正文已经改了，说是ABC的spokesman
私下里给中新社新华社联系，但新华社回拨了电话无人接听
虽然是 ABC 自己网站上面的，可是没有任何 ABC 的高管 take responsibility。上次
就算是给80－20的信还有高管签名呢，这个news link什么都不算的。这就是一个狡猾
的fake。
很明显ABC／Disney已经感觉到了压力，我们需要继续努力，取得他们真正的道歉。
真正的道歉我认为必须 ABC的 CEO或者President在ABC自己的公司和新闻 主页 公布亲

选自己当市长，比如Nebraska的Monowi
而例如芝加哥边上的Skokie，则是一个6万多人的“village”，它就在芝加哥city
proper边界上，所有的街道、房屋、乃至公交等市政设施，如果没人告诉你，你不会觉
出和芝加哥city proper有任何差别，完全是连续的，只不过算city proper人口时，这
6万多人不会算在内而已…… |

if possible, you might want to have your slides reviewed by
hematopathologists in the US. but it is usually extremely difficult to
borrow slides from hospitals in China. most of them, even those with whole
slide scanners, don't want to give you any images. the same goes for
radiology. it is extremely difficult to get dicom files from hospitals in

在过去半年多的时间里，引起海内外广泛关注的中国学界最大的新闻之一，就是贵院
2002年毕业生刘菊花硕士学位论文涉嫌抄袭事件。
据不完全统计，包括中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华社在内的多家权威媒体报道
了该事件，网络媒体对此事件的转载和传播更是不计其数。不仅如此，《中国日报》对
该事件的英文报道还将这一丑闻传遍了全世界。因此，依法对刘菊花硕士论文涉嫌抄袭
案加以查处，不仅事关刘菊花本人，而且关系到贵院、中国研究生与学位教育质量、人
文社会科学界乃至整个中国学术界在海内外的学术信誉。然而，半年多时间过去了，刘
菊花硕士论文抄袭事件迄今仍未见到处理结论。因此，我们决定给贵院及主要负责同志
