Most of the system's problem were introduced when attempting to overclock
the CPU, or external interfaces were added without impact analysis, old
functional code were randomly replaced by untested new packages because they

與佛教同屬於新興宗教思潮的沙門陣營的耆那教，不僅是佛教初興當時的主要競爭對手

作为董事会成员，有些只是一般股东。北京市可以算作是董事长了。
如果问一个问题：中国丢了那个省就不能再叫中国？首先，新疆西藏内蒙古台湾都不算
的，这些省份丢了（独立了或者割让了），对中国的国号肯定没有什么影响。为什么？
从地域上说，它们远离中国中心地区。从文化上，它们对中华文明贡献较小。
清末，西洋人把中国Chinese Empire 分成China Proper （中国本部），西藏，新疆，
蒙古，满洲五大部分。清末的历史，就是把其他四个部分融入china proper的历史。例
如光绪年间，新疆建省，台湾建省，东北建省，都是这种努力的结果。
其中关内十八行省是核心，这十八行省，简单的说，就是东周列国时期的各大诸侯国的

1，美国为什么一直都用一部宪法？美国之所以能这么做是因为美国是common law也就是
案例法。除了正儿八经的修正案以外(现在提修正案已经很困难了)美国最高法院的没一
个跟宪法相关的判例都是对宪法的修改，美国宪法原文很宽泛很宽泛。比如美国宪法里
面有一条叫做Necessary and Proper Clause，就是说国会可以制定任何法律来实行宪法
里面提到过的条文只要这些法律necessary and proper，这个你就充分的发挥你的想象
空间吧。然后比如Commerce Clause，本意是说国会有权管理州与州之间的商业，但后来
历史上由于最高法院法官组成不同，对这个很模糊的概念的解释变了4次，后来变成连你
在家里种小麦都可以管，因为这个可能影响到interstate commerce。总之，美国宪法之
所以能用200年，只是因为它原文很宽泛，然后因为是案例法，所以实际上美国宪法是每
天都在变，都在修改，像对那个commerce clause的解读，100多年前和现在是完全不同

people deposit in their account is never sufficient to buy enough food for
them when they get old. The inflation itself will devalue their money to
almost nothing if they don't invest it properly, but to invest them properly
requires putting all the money together and being handled collectively.
Individual accounts are too small amount of money to be sufficiently
profitable while being invested in the financial market. |
