压器的方法，不过dac这块最保真的方法就是保持位深和标准输出电平，音量控制交给

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

克尔笑呵呵的送了张地图，习总笑呵呵的收了。
前一阵因为别的事情，查了不少中国和中亚的老地图，看到送礼还有送地图的，觉着新
鲜，网上找来默克尔的地图一看，心里就有点堵。先看看这张图：
这是一张清康熙年间关内十八省的地图，是德国人1740年制版，根据的是法国皇家第一
地理学家／制图师Jean-Baptiste Bourguignon dp~pAnville 1734年的地图绘制的，而
dp~pAnville没去过大清朝，他的地图是根据在中国的耶稣会教士Jean Baptiste du
Halde（杜赫德）汇报回来的数据编制而成。杜赫德怎么来的数据？是康熙四十年间皇
上让这些教士跋山涉水，按西洋新法测绘的，重要的数据耶稣会自然保存了一份送回欧
洲。德国人的这张图在右下角的说明里用拉丁文老老实实的纪录了以上几位的贡献，显
得传承有序：

第一个数字是count，后面是相应的status。
其中522个fee waived的是政治避难。
这些485 case是我用程序把9月末到11月末
所有NSC的receipt number扫描一遍抓出来的，
应该包括所有10月的case和绝大部分11月的case。
那时候都是review状态，所列出的时间就是RD。
接下来我打算每隔几天再跟踪这些485 case，
由于有RD，可以知道各个RD的批准情况。我到时会在这里update的~

有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

完全是胡说八道, "和共产党有瓜葛"任何时候都不应该是proper reason. 就像"海外关
系"也不是proper reason一样.
其实我也反感中国当年对出国控制的严, 对"海外关系"的压制. 我只是想说是美国先做
的初一(封锁敌视中国)才造成的受到威胁后的反应, 美国在受到类似却小得多的威胁时
反映也是类似的. 二者做法都是不对的, 而不是说这是proper reason. 更反感某些人
美国都是对的, 连"和共产党有瓜葛"都是proper reason了, 为美国辩护什么道理都不
顾了.
历史上的事情都有其历史背景, 中国当年的情况是美国先封锁敌视中国才产生的, 这是常识. 当时因公出国去非敌意国家都是可以的(当年因私出国很少). 美国干脆在护照上禁止去敌意国家, 也是一个道理.

go to the net more. But I'm not there yet, as for most of WSN here are not
younger than 55. Even when I do, I would prefer to use the proper slice and
dice.
I used the age and rating as a reference on the physical limitations. At 40
or 45 are you physically that much weaker than a 12 year old?
I do not agree that the "proper" skills are designed for a 25 year old.

to emphasize is that you can develop the same model once you understood that

In the beginning, things were not that sever. Earth quake hit the power
plant, all units were successfully shutdown, diesel generators worked till
tsunami wiped them away, then backup battery did their work to cool the
reactor cores. Those backup systems had done the best to fulfill their
responsibilities and won invaluable time for the TEPCO and the government to
mitigate the risk and minimize the damage. If things were handled properly,
