你要是说哪个产品不错，把prospectus贴上来就好了。大家看好都会买的。
其实全体中国人在美国也就不过就小百分之几。中国人每个都买了
也不会把WFG买黄。
其实谁比谁傻多少？agents的作用没有那么大了。用激情卖的东西，最好不要用钱买吧。
对于所有还没买要买的同胞。我的建议是笑而不语地听agents的讲座。但是要一份
你要买的产品的prospectus，从头到尾读一遍。花两天时间自己算一遍。如果确实
对自己有用，又有什么不能买的呢？

认购价格为45$/share。感觉还是有利可图的呀，

另外，按照他们的term，我们Jan 12， 2011当天买入是不是

另外，有没有人讲一下，如何exercise 这个warrant？
可以立马转手卖掉，套现走人吗？
我的计划是，Jan 12, 2011, 买入500股AIG，假定55/share. 应该保证拿到warrnt,
270share warrant 45$/share.
然后， 一个星期后卖掉AIG, 还是55/share, 假定股本身不赚钱。
再拿这个钱去买270 share的 warrant share 45$/share.，再在
55$/share卖掉。
这样，大概有2700$的进账。
这种做法有没有什么问题？ 会不会被套牢？

你问这个自己去查就知道了。你买etf之前总得看看prospectus吧？
假设一个月扣一次，你难道以为可以每个月买进卖出避开收费？市场是很聪明的，假定
有这样的机会-->大家都会这么做-->收费被price in-->没人能避开。
你还是别把脑细胞浪费在这些东西上了，ER够低就行了，千分之几、万分之几的，很多
时候还没tracking error/bid ask spread 大，就没必要盯着了。别捡了芝麻丢了西瓜
。。。

Load Type: NL跟LF是啥区别？一个是没有Fee，另一个有Fee？
Actual 12b-1 Fee Ratio: 这个是啥？每年要收的Fee，按这个百分比收？
Actual Report Gross Expense Ratio: 也是按百分比每年要收的费？
Annual Report Net Expense Ratio: 按百分比收的费？
Prospectus Gross Expense Ratio: ?
Prospectus Net Expense Ratio:?
找了几个Fund的symbol一查，这几个百分比一加，大的能到11%，
小的也有0.5%
如果是费用的话，可不低啊。
每年fund增涨也没有多少，都到费用上了？

NL = No Load
LF = Load Fund
一般人只买NL的，LF永远不要买。
一般就看Gross Expense Ratio就可以了，这一项已经包括其他所有的expense了，不能
把这和其他几个加起来。Prospectus expense是列在Prospectus里的，很可能已经过时
了，要看actual的。 |

of 2013 if the burning rate keeps at the current pace. So it will definitely
go one or two rounds of public offering before that. The question is still
remaining same; "when it is gonna happen?" If it does it after Oct., the
share price will be changed too much by then.
