具体每个州的规定最好是直接去看那个州具体的条文和案例。
很多州都有dog-bite status, 规定狗主人要对自家狗造成的伤害（不一定是bite）付
责任。基本来说，只要是狗对别人造成了伤害，不管主人当时是否试图阻止，都要付责
任。而受伤者也不用去举证狗主人做错了什么。
比如，明尼苏达的规定：
If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting
peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the

请问，你说zimmerman "provoke a fight"有根据吗？凭什么下的结论？
根据zimmerman的陈述，是trayvon martin主动approach，而且provoke a fight。
而且没有任何证据证明他的陈述不成立。
要说小区里被人follow，我倒是有这个经历，那时我刚刚搬进新家，
邻居都还不认识，我在小区里散步，在大家后院后面的公共草地上走，
也是一边走一边看，看看别人怎么建的篱笆。
当时也是小区里刚刚发生过一起入室盗窃案。
和这个案子的发生背景完全相同。
有个邻居看见我，于是跟上来跟我打招呼，how are you之类的，
然后问我do you live here?
我就说我刚刚搬来的，然后就自我介绍交个朋友了。
然后他才解释说因为小区里发生过break in，所以多留个心眼来问问。然后道歉。
我觉得他的所做所为没有任何不对的地方。最后交谈愉快结束，多交了一个朋友。
不知道piaoguo同学如果遇到这种情况会如何反应，
是不是看到邻居上前来就先给他一拳？
