比起来跑的真是酸甜苦辣都有，不值该从何说起。
周日晚上从走如花后家里显得有点冷清，NYCM像过年一样热热闹闹的，真是要谢谢胖哥
，火星X和wordpress的忙前忙后，出钱出力，把个runner们和家属们各个招待的乐呵呵
的。最大的收获就是在纽约自己的地盘上见到了各位新老朋友，感觉像一场气氛融洽的
华山论剑，爽得很通透。
成绩3：03，比去年PR了6分钟。说心里话，我对这次的结果并不是很满意，非常惭愧的
跑出了标准的positive split。。。也正是因为对自己希望过高，犯了runner中最经典
的患得患失的错误，导致心理失衡，在一些外界因素的影响下，没有及时调整，导致最
后半程全线减速。
训练：
跟的是鸵鸟大大的6个月LHR计划。对于计划的理念细节我就不多班门弄斧了。本来以为
有一个详细到每天距离和心率的计划跟起来比较省脑子，跟下来才发现这个计划的确需
要很强大的执行能力。小弟跟的不怎么勤奋，在base training阶段skip过几天的

睡袋（0F/-15C），防潮垫。其他所有东西包括衣服外套登山杖，所有东西都是可以租的，价格在每件/副$10-$15不等。但唯独睡袋和防潮垫一定要自己带。当地提供租的防潮垫和睡袋会让你睡得难过死，冻死。这个一定要自己带舒服的防潮垫和保暖的睡袋。
1. 一副好的anti-shock的登山杖是非常必须的。从头用到尾，从上山到下山，就靠着它了。
2. 登山鞋。
3. 每天一双smartwool的袜子
4. 在campsite营地时穿的运动鞋和棉袜，这个看个人偏好，男生穿厚袜子和拖鞋在营地走来走去的也有。
