2月10日，韩国总统文在寅会见了朝鲜高级代表团并与之共进午餐。期间金与正以金正
恩特使的身份递交了金正恩的亲笔信，邀请文在寅在方便的时候访问朝鲜。但文在寅回
应说，朝鲜需要和美国开展积极的对话，为其访朝创造条件。
