用鼠单抗，似乎非特异性的binding特别多，Negative control 用鼠的IgG也一样，有
非特异性binding。
但是同样的系统，Rabbit的抗体，和Rabbit的IgG就没有任何问题。
希望高手能指教一二。
看了cell signaling的ChIP grade抗体，无论是鼠抗还是兔抗，都是用Normal Rabbit
IgG，如果这样都可以的话，任何位点的chip，我都可以做得到了。
看了一些paper，例如用beta－catenin （BD 鼠抗），也是用Normal Rabbit IgG，这
个似乎就不合理了。另外，我看了同一篇paper里面的ChIP－seq Sample prep，作者说
能chip下来350ng的DNA。我也做了大概五六十个chip－seq的样品了，好的抗体也就能
chip下来10ng左右。
是不是protein G有问题啊？ |

1。 rabbit GFP一抗，goat-anti-rabbit－488 二抗
2。 rabbit GFP一抗，goat-anti-rabbit－Biotin二抗，ABC（vectors), TSA（PE ）
2 结果明显要好于1，信号放大效果很明显，但是阳性细胞数量还是有限
对于ＧＦＰ在固定中活性disappear，有办法避免或复原吗？ |

我的抗体是Rabbit Polyclonal，以前一直用Normal Rabbit IgG做阴性对照的抗体,没
啥问题。
一个新同事，搞bioinformatics的，说我应该用Rabbit anti-human IgG做,因为我的
Antibody是Rabbit anti-human XXX (基因名），所以anti-human IgG是更好的
negative control。
他是对的吗？我查了查文献，好像IgG也可以bind DNA呀。。 |

小儿读书之Wormell的朴素
Christopher Wormell出身贫寒，扫过大街，收过垃圾，当过邮递员和工人，
到了将及而立之年，他的艺术细胞终于觉醒了，他开始在工作闲暇之余绘风
景画以及自学木刻。
他出版的第一本儿童图书是An Alphabet of Animals，获得一个国际书展的

这代 Golf (Rabbit) 以及 Jetta 用料非常扎实。整备质量达到3200磅，和大部分
midsize sedan 相当。2010 Fit是2007年上市的，和 Rabbit 基本属于同一时代。一台
midsize 撞烂掉一台同时代但低两个级别的 subcompact，没什么奇怪的。
顺便说一下，2011上市的第六代 Jetta，各方面都大幅缩水。车的空间更大了但重量反
而减轻了160多磅（3035磅？），成了真正的薄皮大馅。后轮改为板车悬挂和鼓刹。侧
面碰撞成绩也不如上一代。
新一代还不如上一代的车型确实不多见，我目前知道的有 2011 Jetta 和 2012 Camry。 |

声喘了几口气，发出类似叹气的声音，眼角慢慢沁出一滴泪水。医疗监视器的警告声提
醒我，This is it。我的坚强的老公啊，我认识他以来从来没见他哭过，总算在他人生
的最后时刻，流下了一滴泪水。。

总体来说，个子高的顺产应该比较容易，而且34岁不算年纪大。
怎么说呢，就是可以计划顺产，但是不要去强求。
小孩方面完全放心，现在有胎心观测就是为了防止胎儿在子宫内缺氧。如果胎心不好，
医生不会冒风险让你顺产的。医生会让你顺产的，就一定是觉得各种条件合适。
一般第一胎医生会给侧切，相对撕裂，侧切恢复的会容易一点。
