都是买的。现在大家都提倡领养不要买。
rabbit rescue 有很多兔子可以领养的。
你要是不确定可以先 foster 一段时间。就是寄养。
版上还有人 foster 兔子的。
吃得不多把，$10 的兔子 pellet 能吃很长时间了。
干草也很便宜的，我现在还在消耗那个 $1 的零碎，其实是
大概半个 bale. 关键是不能去宠物店买，那里很贵。 |

里面绿色的栅栏是朋友送的，网格2"x3"，不足以挡住兔子，又去Lowe's买了两卷专门
防兔子的栅栏围在外面，这样基本上可以挡住兔子，豪鼠之类的了，但是对于鹿还是无
济于事，据说要挡住鹿的栅栏高度不能小于6英尺
栅栏不怎么贵，Lowes和HD都有, Search "Rabbit Fence" 例如：

的奴隶？
天天还得跟deers/rabbits斗争。否则玫瑰往往变成deers' snack. 去年种的Susan's

不要开辟园地种菜种果，我坚决不干！

Potter》，她家是贵族，她一辈子没结婚，和鸡狗鸭兔住在湖区旁边的农村，编了很多
鸡狗鸭兔的故事，尤以Peter Rabbit出名。Renee Zellweger演的人物似乎总有点热情
过度，很exuberant，就像她的身材一样要潽出来的感觉……不过这样倒也没有老处女
之嫌了，只觉得她精力旺盛。她和出版商力争，把自己的书定位在便宜的16页的小开本
，让普通人家的孩子都能买得起。怪不得她的书总是很有特色，总是小小的一本，图画
、色彩、语言都很简单，故事都很亲切，充满爱心。我记得有个The Tailor of
Gloucester的故事，说一个穷苦裁缝生病了，不能如期赶制衣服，裁缝店的小老鼠连夜
偷偷把衣服做好。Beatrix Potter出身贵族，却对穷人充满同情。
我昨儿看她的童话拍成的动画片《The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends》，插曲
