如果有必要找专门的inspection公司再测一次，一般能要求卖家来出这个测试的费用吗？

果。
请问这种情况怎么办？ 可以 sue landlord for liability吗? 我已经联系了一个律师

least I wish not, you don't want to feed the lawyer. Do ask landlord to
install mitigation system.
